    This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25 or chaperoned groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

    We offer weekly or nightly rentals with a three to seven night minimum.

We stayed a week with our adult children and their families. Everything was perfect! We had the pool heated which was well worth it. The kids loved it! The house is beautiful and very updated. The host was very quick to respond to anything we needed. We would stay there again. It was a fantastic week!

This home was perfect for a small getaway and a place to stay for our son's graduation. We enjoyed eating on the deck and walking to the beach.

This is the second time we stayed at this home. The host, Meredith and her husband are very responsive. We love to cook and the home is so well equipped with nice cookware, the outdoor space is beautiful and the indoor layout is perfect for guests visiting. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay here! Pictures were very accurate, close walk to the beach! Loved having a wagon and chairs to use at the beach. They have really thought of everything. We also enjoyed playing cornhole! This house is a 10/10 and owner was quick to respond. I would definitely rent here again. We also loved that we could bring our sweet puppy and she loved the house too!

Perfect house!

The house was just as pictured and thoughtfully laid out and furnished for renters! Our group really enjoyed the outdoor space and proximity to the beach.

April Cherry Grove Stay

Lovely home that accommodated us and our dog well.Now that we have done it several times, I much prefer a single family dwelling over a hotel or condo. Just so nice to have your own place to stay and your own parking...it just works so much better.Everything was perfect for our stay.

Brand new, tastefully furnished and spacious vacation getaway in calm neighborhood. Minutes away by foot to the beach, seconds to the private pool. Fantastic spot for 2 families - super nice host.

This is the first time I've stayed at a rental and felt that i didn't have to do any additional cleaning. This place was absolutely spotless. This home is absolutely gorgeous and in an excellent location. We would definitely stay here again!
