Summer family vacation

The house was less then desirable. It was dirty upon arrival, which its a beach house so we didnt pick on that, the pool table was broken and turned upside down, there were two leaks that happened through out the week one from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor and one from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor. Trash pick up needed to be more than just Mon and Friday for both sides of the house since there was only 3 trashcans. Outdoor chairs on the porches were broken. Location was great.

Property and location was great. We had to do some cleaning and wash some bedding upon arrival, but for the most part all was ok. Elliott Realty was helpful in taking care of all of what we ask of them. I would recommend them and stay again at their property.

not worth the money

We did not have instructions for operating elevator with code, the look on door, placed a call to reality, ask for call back did not receive. Avista B was Not close to pool, A had steps coming down.

Large family vacation

This rental was perfect for our large multi-family vacation of 19. We had a few issues when we got in the house. The house was not cleaned prior to us checking in, both dryers were not working and balcony was being painted during our stay. I reached out to the rental company and they sent the cleaning crew out within an hour and had the dryers service next day. We had to ask the painter to leave as he was using the house to get in and out, no access to the balcony from outside. We did keep shoes on when walking through the house as the carpet on the stairs was turning our feet black. Once these issues were resolved we had a great time and the house met all of our needs.
