In addition, a cozy pull-out sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements.

CLEANING & LINEN SERVICE POLICY: The unit is provided with pillows, linens, blankets, towels, kitchen towels, comforters, hand towels & wash cloths including extras located in closets. A cleaning service to clean the house and linens on your departure is included on your invoice. It is your responsibility for all debris, rubbish and discards are placed in plastic bags and transferred to the trash receptacles located next to the elevators, and soiled dishes and cooking utensils are washed and cleaned. Linens, blankets, pillows, bedspreads, comforters and towels are provided. It is standard for beds to be made for Guests arrival (except pull out couches not fully made) as part of the linen and cleaning service. The unit is provided with a starter set of toilet paper & paper towels. Managers do not guarantee that these extra items will always be available and guests may need to replenish their own paper goods, toiletries, & dish detergent, etc.

CONDITION OF PROPERTY: Managers have, to the best of their ability, given an accurate description of the property and it’s condition. Guest understands that it is considered as reserved "sight unseen". Our cleaning staff will have cleaned it before your occupancy. All electrical, plumbing and appliances should be in working order. The failures of operation of certain extra amenities, such as TVs, cable, or the Internet and WiFi service are not a basis for any refund. Manager will make every effort to have these items repaired but does not guarantee that they will be repaired during Guests occupancy. When you arrive, if you find that the house has not been cleaned to normal standards please notify the Manager immediately. We will do our best to have tradesmen attend to any issues. The Guest agrees to hold the Manager harmless from any liability for the condition of the house. Due to the nature of beach properties, the sand, stairs, decks and concrete are not always stable. Use at your own risk.

CLEANING & REPAIRS: All units have cleaning included in the total rent. Please note that cleaning does not include dishes & cooking utensils. If additional cleaning is required after you leave, it will be charged to your credit card. Guest agrees to keep house, furniture and furnishings in good order. Removing, adding or changing furniture without Manager’s written approval shall be deemed a material breach of this Rental Agreement, and is strictly prohibited. Guest is responsible for cost of replacement of any damage to furniture or premises and replacement of missing items. Under no circumstances can any furnishing or linen be taken outside onto the beach.

ENTRY OF PREMISES: With Guest’s permission, which is hereby given, Manager or Manager’s representative may enter the premises during reasonable daylight hours without securing prior permission from Guest, but shall give Guest notice of such entry immediately prior if possible and immediately thereafter. For inventory and maintenance purposes a property management employee of the Manager may need to enter the premises. The same permission procedure applies as above. In any emergency, Manager or Manager’s servicing agents may enter the premises at any time without permission of Guest for the purposes of making repairs to alleviate such emergency.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: No lifeguard may be on duty. Accordingly, persons using the beach or pool do so at their own risk and the Manager assumes no responsibility for accident or injury. No one should swim alone. Renters will hold the Managers harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property arising out of Renters` negligent acts or omissions.

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children we allow on the property. These risks are not limited to, but include access to the balcony, ocean, pool, adjacent street, and cleaning supplies in the house.

FURNITURE: All furniture must be returned to its original location on Guest`s departure or an additional charge will be made. MISSING ITEMS - Renters will be charged for any missing items reasonably attributable to Renters and not returned after notification. The cleaning service performs an inventory/survey of the property after Guests depart and notifies the Manager of any missing items. Manager will notify guests in the event that items were inadvertently taken, and provide guests the opportunity to return the missing items.

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS - Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the house.

PERSONAL PROPERTY: Guest understands that any personal property of and used by Guest is not insured by Manager and Manager shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen or missing property of the Guest or property of Guest left after check out NO

PARTIES - This is not a party house. The Renter must be 25 years of age to book this Vacation Rental. Any special occasions such as weddings, receptions, family reunions or increase of occupants (guests not registered on registration form) must be disclosed at the time the reservation is made and is subject to Manager`s advanced approval. Prom parties, fraternity or sorority parties and graduation parties are not allowed at any time. Adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests, no exception.

NON-SMOKING - This is a NON SMOKING vacation rental.This INCLUDES THE BALCONY. Evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarette or cigar smoke inside the unit by the cleaning crew is sufficient basis to charge the renter for smoke cleanup and removal from carpeting, AC ducts & filters and furniture. This type of clean up is expensive and Renter is Liable for the deep cleaning Costs incurred. NO EXCEPTIONS

PETS NOT ALLOWED. If you bring a pet(s), this rental agreement will be forfeited, terminated and deposits will be retained and a deep cleaning fee will apply.

CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT - Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. A late checkout is subject to extra rental charges at the rate of $100/hour after a grace period of 30 minutes. Guests may arrange for extra nights in advance to avoid any late checkout fees. Extra nights are charged at the daily rate and may be granted if available. If Guests are not present when cleaning crews arrive and have left their possessions in the house, cleaning crews will collect their possessions and remove them from the premises in order to prepare the unit for incoming guests and Guest will be charged $150 for this service. PLEASE checkout promptly, the cleaning crews have a very short time window to prepare the unit for new guests.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES - Renters are responsible for collecting their belongings and taking trash to the large trash cans near the elevator upon check-out. Please ensure that the door is locked when you leave.

Loved the property. The only issue we had was while we were at the pool, stuff came flying off of peoples balcony’s. I witnessed an older lady almost getting hit with a remote. The day I was leaving, a pop bottle full of pop came flying down and it hit my leg and bounced into the kids pool with the mushroom.

It was a vary dirty room several broken appliances and furniture terrible sewer smell due to no trap on garbage disposal blood on sheets SODA AND COFFEE SPILLS ON CLEAN SHEETS old food in oven spills in fridge pubic hair in everysingle "clean towel" oil and bodily fluid stains on bed covers soap scum in both showers sand and hair everywhere throughout condo A/C broke while we were there 20+ stains in ceilings from past water leaks just all around terrible room worst i have ever stayed in since useing vrbo 8 years ago MYSELF AND MY FAMILY WILL NEVER USE VRBO AGAIN AIR B@B IT IS FROM HERE ON OUT

Okay…but

Enjoyed the Baywatch pool amenities. The unit we stayed in was okay but the cleaning service is lacking in details for example I would’ve loved to have used the jacuzzi tub in the main bath but the jets were very dirty. The sofa in the main space is too small and very uncomfortable. It’s been their a while and is soiled. There are supplies, coffee, sugar, creamer ie left open in one of the kitchen cabinets and I did not feel safe using them. It is also time for new pans and kitchen supplies in general. There were no starter items like dish towels, dish washer supplies as advertised. Only a small container of dawn. We generally cook and spend time inside the unit during our vacations but ended up eating out because the kitchen pans, pots etc were not in good condition. finally there were broken beach equipment in the main bedroom closet. Very old and rusty. They should be replaced or simply removed from the closet so storage is at full capacity for the client. The owner was very friendly and responsive. The beds slept great although I don’t think the linens had been washed. Thankfully we brought our own. people go to the beach for the water. We want an entire experience and that includes being comfortable inside where ever we stay

Great View and Great Location

This condo is located in a great resort complex with plenty of amenities and a beautiful beach front location. The unit was bright and light filled and was decorated tastefully. The unit has a great layout with plenty of room in all the spaces. The location in Crescent Beach is conveniently located to a lot of shopping and great restaurants. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Nice stay but some updates needed

The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was heated and was very nice to swim in in February. The view was amazing. The living area is much smaller than it appeared in photos. Need to update pots and pans. The couch also needs to be replaced. All in all it was a great stay.

Wonderful stay

This was a great vacation. The place was exactly like they described. The beach was awesome along with the pool area. We really enjoyed the lazy river. We couldn’t have had better experience anywhere else.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! We traveled to Mrytle Beach for a baseball tournament and brought the whole family. The condo was roomy enough and have two bathrooms was a huge plus. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Great for my short term stay. Floors did have some dirt spots and cleaning had missed food on the oven door but overall I would recommend. Balcony and ocean views were amazing

Great Weekend Getaway

We saw this listing and it looked great, on the ocean and high up. Well this did not disappoint. We were right on the beach and being on the 15th floor, we were able to listen to the ocean and watch everyone walking their puppies, or just taking a stroll. The property was as listed. The lazy river was a great walking pool (especially against the current). Bradley even came out at 10pm to put a new battery in the smoke detector after it started beeping. We do have a few suggestions though, 1 offer secured wifi. There is wifi available, however it is unsecured. Since we had a day of rain, we used my phone as a Hotspot so we could watch Netflix. Also, the sheets were a bit rough. A little fabric softener goes a long way. Over all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be back.

New Listing, 1st time stay

Excellent location, great oceanfront view, excellent price, clean accommodations, and a very prompt response from the property manager when a problem occurred. Definitely would stay in this condo again.
