This spacious North Myrtle Beach house is the perfect place for a large group or multiple families wanting an epic beach getaway. The home boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a basement with 70 inch tv, a private outdoor space with 70 inch tv and fire pit table, as well as a golf cart for rent! You will be just a short drive from great restaurants, beautiful beaches & other popular spots. We offer a 6-person golf cart for an additional $75 per night. Please inquire.

Walk to Mutiny Bay Putt Putt Golf, Bonefish Grill, Mclean Park, Ocean Drive Beach. Also walk to see music on Main Street concerts every Friday at 7pm between June and Sept.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
There’s more than enough space for the entire family to spread across the home’s four spacious bedrooms. Each is furnished to provide you with all the rest you need after adventuring in nearby picturesque attractions and sun-soaked beaches.

The bedrooms offer similar amenities, including premium pillows, linens, Smart TVs, closets with hangers and shelves, dressers with spacious drawers, and nightstands with reading lamps.

The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a queen futon, with private access to the screened in porch.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and access to the screened in porch.

The third bedroom offers a full bed. This room is a pass through from the master.

The fourth bedroom features two twin over full bunk beds - great for the young and the young at heart!

The fifth bedroom features a queen-sized bed and access to the lower-level patio. This bedroom has bathroom access from within the bedroom.

If you have extra guests, a comfy pull-out couch is also available.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
Two of the bathrooms have a shower/tub combo and the third has a stand-up shower. There is one bath downstairs and two upstairs.

☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆
There are two full kitchens equipped with all the basic cookware (plus a few fun extras) you’ll need to whip up delicious group meals throughout your entire stay. You’ll find the essential appliances (including a full fridge/freezer, a stove/oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher), along with additional amenities a toaster and a drip coffee maker plus a Keurig.

Serve tasty breakfasts, snacks, and smaller meals on the inviting kitchen bar (seating for three), while the dining area provides a perfect setting for a family meal (seating for six). If you’d like to enjoy the beautiful M. Myrtle Beach weather, you can dine alfresco at the outdoor dining area (seating for 14).

☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆
After a long day at the beach, the two living rooms are a great place to kick back and relax. Feel free to pick a board game from our extensive collection (see photos) or stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV.

☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACES ☆☆
The whole family is sure to love the home’s secluded outdoor space - including the pups! We have a screened in porch upstairs and a covered patio on the lower level.

The private fenced-in backyard gives the kiddos and the pets plenty of room to run around while you relax inside. You can also let the designated grill master prepare delicious BBQ while you sit around with a refreshing drink in hand.

Once you’re ready to hit the beach, you can pack up your gear and make a beeline to the water!

Great stay!

My group enjoyed our week. It was a great house in a nice location that’s close to town. Everything was clean when we arrived and owner was very responsive.

The house was perfectly located to the beach for the kids and there is a great park in walking distance for them to play. The house was very spacious and we had 8 adults and 5 kids. The backyard was big and well kept for our little dog. Owners were very responsive to any texts which is very much appreciated.

Perfect for the beach!

Great place to stay! Plenty of rooms for our groups, games to play, and chairs/umbrella for the beach in a wagon! Only drawback was the lack of beach towels, but those are cheap enough at one of the many discount beach stores.

WHERE do I begin?!

I preface this by saying she was accommodating because my group was under the usual age min of 25. HOWEVER, knowing that I felt mislead and scammed. Around every turn was more money being asked of us AND a lot A LOT of blame on us for things simply because we’re younger (20’s). Unsure if that’s the reason but feels like it was easier to target us due to that. For example police got called on a neighboring party and next thing I know my security deposit is being threatened and someone’s coming over the next morning to inspect the house. Now the place itself was quite literally falling apart. She needs to take this place off the site until fixed. The broken amenities list goes on and on, the outdoor shower, the grill, the downstairs filtration water system in the fridge. There was cockroaches, black mold, unstable walls, broken screen on the screened in porch, and a collapsing popcorn ceiling. Before the repair man even had time to come the popcorn ceiling crumbled on the floor. Cleanliness: there was pee on the sheets (unsure of dog or child urine) there was dirty pots and pans, stained towels, and what seemed to be broken up drug paraphernalia (again we were blamed for). Cameras on the property are facing directly at the outdoor showers which is kind of.. icky. The golf cart is broken. I don’t think I have anything nice to say. Just all in all bad host, misleading, dilapidated, overpriced, JUST NO.

Great communication, wonderful house, some cleanliness issues

First let me say April was SO responsive. I would barely set my phone down after sending her a message and it would alert that I had a return message. She was also very gracious when I told her we had missed the morning trash pickup (I felt bad about that) and she said no problem they would take care if it. The house itself was spacious, with upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and kitchens. Game room downstairs and living room up. Twister and Giant Jenga were awesome to play with the kids to get them off of their electronics for a while. There were covered outdoor porches and fenced in back yard for my daughter’s little yorkie. And the walk/golf cart ride to the beach was not bad at all. That being said, unfortunately we did have some negative experiences. I opened the upstairs microwave and was shocked at how dirty it was. I had to clean it before I would use it to make my grandson a bag of popcorn. Also there were quite a few fruit flies in the house especially the upstairs kitchen. April offered to have someone come treat but being that it consisted of pouring a bleach substance down the drains I declined because I am sensitive to strong bleach smell. We bought a couple of fruit fly traps from Walmart that caught some of them but there were still some flying around when we left. One potential source I came across was the Keurig drip tray. I notice they were around it so I pulled it off and found coffee that had congealed to look like runny peanut butter. Takes a lot to make me want to puke. One more thing was the hard wood floors. One of the house rules is not to wear shoes in the house. Our socks got filthy so I let April know we couldn’t honor that rule. She said the cleaning lady insisted on coming to redo the floors. Even after that we had the same issue. Not sure if the floor stain is not sealed well enough or what. All in all, I feel like there are some boxes that are not getting check on the cleaning routine list. Especially since guests are specifically paying cleaning fees. I don’t feel as if I should have to spend any of my much needed vacation time cleaning up after prior guests. If I were going back to North Myrtle Beach I would probably look for another home to rent.

Wonderful Experience

The owner was communicative, kind and flexible, the house was clean and accommodating for family and pets. My family consisted of 7 adults, 1 teen, 3 children as well as our dog and everyone slept comfortable. We made tons of memories, we’re so close to shops, parks and the beach and are so grateful that we made the decision to rent for the week! Thank you April and Vrbo!

Multiple Family vacation

We chose this house because of the proximity to the beach and the number of rooms. We had a group of nine, six adults, two teens, and one baby. One of the things we liked about the house was that there was a full kitchen on both levels; my brother-in-law and his family took over the bottom level, so at night or in the morning, we had quiet on the top level with the kids being downstairs. The fenced-in yard was a plus for our dog to roam around. A great park is a block away for kids, and the beach is close enough to walk to. We would drive and drop everyone off and if we needed picked up we knew that someone was only 5 minutes away. April the owner was very responsive and helpful, we communicated through the app and she responded within 15 minutes to any questions I had. Great house!

Close to beach

Close to beach. 11 of us stayed and there was plenty of room. There is two full kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs which is very handy.

Surprise around every corner

My family had a wonderful and relaxing time at this home. The space expands into many different areas with nooks and crannies to take a moment alone, or put clothes in the surprise walk-in closet. My family loved the outdoor games and grill. Be careful with meat heavy in fat. The grill is small and can catch on fire. Nothing a glass of water can’t put out. All in all, a wonderful experience my wife is already asking if we can reserve again! Thanks April!

Best Trip in Years

The property was well kept and is within a short walk to the beach (with a community park a block away). Perfect amount of space for a family, and the furry members even have a fenced yard to roam free in. Absolutely nothing negative about our stay, have bookmarked as our #1 option for future trips. April was very responsive to any questions and completely accommodating to some special needs we had. Overall best trip we've had in years.
