This three-bedroom, two-bath villa is located in the Greenbriar community within Barefoot Resort. A delightful combination of warm and vibrant colors makes this villa perfect for any winter getaway or summer retreat. The kitchen is complete with serving dishes, glassware and every small and large appliance needed. The large collection of cookware will make any meal easier to prepare. The lovely dining area is off the kitchen with seating for four. The spacious open floor plan allows for fun family gatherings or just spending quality time with friends. There is ample seating in the great room for watching your favorite television show. Right off the great room is the covered, screened and furnished lanai, surely to be one of your favorite places.
There are three stunning bedroom suites, one with a gorgeous king size bed, dresser, walk in closet, TV and clothing armoire and a private bath suite complete with a Jacuzzi tub and easy step in shower. The second bedroom features a full size bed and a twin bed, TV and full closet with chest of drawers. The full second bath is between the second and third bedroom with a tub and shower enclosure. The third bedroom features a queen bed, another TV and clothing storage armoire.

Just steps away from your villa is the Greenbriar community pool. A seasonal shuttle will pick you up outside the community and take you to the beach or Main Resort pool located on the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway. Whether it is shopping, golf, or the beach that brings you to our grand strand resort, your stay at this lovely villa will be a vacation you will not soon forget!
