    Unlike other rentals, this home away from home offers an unbeatable location mere steps away from the sandy shores of North Myrtle Beach. This laid-back city is the ideal place to relax, swim, fish in the ocean, work on your tan, beachcomb, and so much more. Five miles away is the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, the perfect spot to cast some fishing lines with your family or kids. Exciting adventures await at Shark Wake Park, the biggest aqua park in North Myrtle Beach and you can find it only six miles away. North Myrtle Beach is also an ideal escape for golfing–make sure to pack your clubs and visit one of the nearby clubs such as Azalea Sands Golf Club (one mile), Beachwood Golf Club, (one and a half miles), or Barefoot Resort & Golf (five miles).

    Things to know:

    Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on property specific websites.

    Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

    Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

    DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

    Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

    Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Short Vacation

We enjoyed our short vacation at Bay Watch. We were between surgeries and needed to get away. Very comfortable room and restaurants were great. Would highly recommend.

Nice place

The resort itself is nice. Our room was, however, subpar for $194.00 a night for a studio. The shower didn’t drain and had hair all over it and the beds were not comfortable at all and were full size, not queen. I would definitely stay again because my sister rented a suite and it was awesome. The pools and hot tubs were great.

was a nice resort love all the pools makes it so much better the the kids and not everyone on top of everyone. The only down fall was the elevator kept messing up which caused long wait times. n

Nice view, room was clean. The only thing I did not like was the pools they seem to be a bit dirty and should have cleaning throughout the day. You could see in certain areas I'm assuming the products or lotions people wear sitting on top of the water. Other than that great stay, onsite restaurant which is convenient you dont need to leave your hotel, drink bar, live entertainment. Multiple pools and jacuzzi. Perfect for families.

Don’t stay here

Upon my arrival to the room, there was a pile of trash (broken up crackers and trash) piled in front of the door that I had to move out of the way. The room itself smelled AWFUL. The shower curtain had mold on it, the table was so wobbly, some of the outlets didn’t work. The only thing I loved was I was close to the beach

Clean,cheap, and family oriented

One of the cheapest places in North Myrtle. Not fancy by any means but clean and cheap. This place is large and there is a lot of people during peek season. Parking garage is 6 floors which you have to walk to ( across from hotel) Three buildings of 18 floors. If you are Covid weary this is not your place, lots of people/families.

Just what we needed.

The room was clean. The beds were soft and lots of pillows. The Staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was quiet, as the other guest were courteous. Will definitely be going back.

Not long enough

My daughter and I had rented room 601 but, the air conditioning wasn't working so the mechanic (Kenneth) and the young night shift clerk ( forgot his name) went out of there way to assign us another room. It was 1801, very high up and being on the side we had an excellent view. We were very pleased with the accommodations. The only thing I didn't like was the glass on the door into the building had been broken and they had to put up a piece of wood temporarily. Also, people were letting their dogs pee on the sidewalk. Other than that I would consider staying there again.

Not As Seen In Photos

The room and facility at large was not even close to the imagery presented on the website; and certainly not worth the price paid. The room was old and you could not even use the electric sockets as they were old and loose, the bathroom and beds were somewhat dirty and the general facility musky and damp. No air conditioning in the restaurants or the atriums. I will not return.

Totally Awesom Trip

Tons of pool, tons of hot tubs, restaurants, near everything, yet peaceful area, I will definitely be back. Great views from the balcony.
