"We had a great time at 3 Peaks Lodge. While the property is older and lower priced and there should be an expectation of that, the location is unbeatable and it's nice to have the market and Dos Locos Mexican Restaurant right across the street. They upgraded our room which was a big win for our family of four. Will come back. "

"When booking this place looked great for our needs.....but after paying and getting checkin info we found out the pool was closed but yet there were people swimming but our key cards would not open the door. 1 of 3 of our cards worked at all. They said there was parking for trailers and showed a large parking lot but thats not the one for trailers we had to park about 2 miles away and walk back. The unit was clean and nice and comfortable but the AC did not work thank god they had fans and the...

"Not a pleasant experience. We booked this place and was notified less than 48 hours prior that they accidentally overbooked due to computer error and cancelled our reservation. Management was less than friendly nor did they try to find us another accommodation. A simply "sorry" is poor customer service which left us in a bind at the last minute. Will not book here again. "

"room was spacious and clean . The smell of cleanser was a bit strong, but tolerable. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was so welcome and delicious. The gentleman who worked to provide breakfast deserves a raise! he worked tirelessly . thanks to him. The key cards for the door entry were problematic, had to have them recharged, and only one worked on outside doors. hotel was in perfect location."
