Situated on Route 17 (86) close to 390 North, this hotel was an excellent voice for a two night stay that included time in both Corning and Buffalo. The staff was very helpful, the room was comfortable and everything is kept sparkling clean.

Clean room and bathroom and decent breakfast that did its job. Staff was polite and effective. However, the toilet in our room was sub-par in function . . . and it screamed a little.

We were overwhelmed with the Timber Haven. Everything was provided for every need. Exceptionally clean, fresh and welcoming. Perfect little overnight stay and an excellent location.

Wonderful peaceful property just a few miles from Hornell. We were visiting for a family wedding and the cabin was just a few miles from the venue.

Spensers place was a great private hideaway, clean well equipped rustic cabin with plenty of room for 5 adults and our dog. We enjoyed the local trails and the convenient location to Dansville and Letchworth park. Kitchen was great for cooking our egg sandwiches each morning.
