- Trash pickup is early Wednesday morning. Please have trash cans up front by Tuesday evening. Place cans 6 feet off edge of road.

- GAS GRILL:
1) Gas grill is to be used outdoors only not in the lanai
2) It is guest’s responsibility to refill propane tank when empty if guests wants to continue using gas grill
3) Turn of propane tank valve when done using the grill
4) Clean grill when finished using and store back in the lanai
5) DO NOT USE GRILL INDOORS
- Washer and Dryer are available for guests with seven or more days stay
- NOTE: Free Harbour Nest guests kayak use. Kayaks are based on availability and must be requested prior to check in. Life vests must be worn while on kayak. If kayaks are requested after check in, a $35 trip fee will be charge.
- NOTE: Concrete boat dock is not available for guest use., Please dock boat along the seawall
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. The cameras are facing toward the driveway, front entry, left side of the house, and boat dock. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound
- NOTE: This property may not be suitable for young children due to the unfenced area along the seawall
- NOTE: Furnishing and items in pictures are subject to changes without notice

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM. Same-day booking does not guarantee 4 PM check-in. This is to allow for property management walkthrough.
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your reservation. Door must be pushed all the way in to lock; double check if door is locked before leaving.
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it. NOTE: You are renting a home, and we want it to feel as such. You will not get instructions on operating every item in the house; however, if you need help, we’ll do our best to help.
