Half Dome Home is a fully-stocked, pet-friendly retreat near Bass Lake and Whisky Falls and 30 minutes from giant sequoia and the south entrance of Yosemite. It is filled with amenities for families, but also a romantic couple’s retreat. Take pictures with the deer and turkey that roam the property daily. Cozy up around the luxurious fire pit while watching a movie. Explore the unparalleled beauty of Yosemite, take a dip in nearby Bass Lake, or simply curl up in the bathtub with a glass of wine. You're home.

THE LIVING ROOM
Enjoy a home cooked meal or play one of our provided board games on the large dining table which features garden views through the ceiling to floor picture windows. Forgot your charger? We have a charging station equipped for iPhone or android. Control the climate with the Nest thermostat.
Curl up and read a book from the corner library or play keyboard piano next to a fireplace surrounded by a brick hearth. Catch a show while you cook on the television, which is equipped with Roku. Before you go explore, grab a Yosemite map from the front console table.

THE KITCHEN
Stainless steel appliances, chef's knives, coffee bar equipped with a french press and Keurig, and even a window for passing food and drinks to the lounge area in the sunroom, make this kitchen a dream.

THE SUNROOM
The sunroom transforms from additional room to the entertaining center. The daybed with a trundle can be a comfortable bed by night and sofa by day. Spin a record on the turntable or connect your phone to use it as a bluetooth speaker. Other features include a smart TV, a ukulele, a hanging egg chair, Settlers of Catan, Giant Jenga, puzzles, child proofing, and a bar counter/lounge area.

THE MASTER BEDROOM
Relax in a King sized bed and light up a wall-mounted fireplace while Netflix on a smart TV. Unleash your creativity at the dedicated workspace. Catch a glimpse of the wildlife or step out onto the front porch for your morning coffee. Enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom.

Master Bathroom
Here you will find a large, glass-encased, walk in shower, two sinks, complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, storage for your own toiletries, as well as a washing machine and dryer (located in the closet).

THE 2ND BEDROOM
Rest comfortably on the California King sized bed, enjoy the fireplace, watch your favorite show on the smart TV, or make use of the luggage rack or Pack n' Play located in the closet.

THE 2ND BATHROOM
Here you can relax in the tub with the ever popular bath tub tray, use the complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, or find storage for your own toiletries.

THE PATIOS
The front patio features fantastic milk way views (perfect for astral photography), a swing, and a modern table top fire pit. It is also a favorite hangout for deer and wild turkey.

The back patio is your place to chill around the fire pit, fire up the BBQ, or even watch a movie on the projector.

THE PROPERTY
Located on 1.5 acres of land which is filled with old growth pine and fruit trees. There is also a dog run which opens up to over an acre which is completely fenced in. Thus, both children and pets can safely run free.

PARKING
Long driveway with a covered carport and abundant parking. Plenty of space for a boat, jet ski, or RV! We even have grey water hookup for RVs and electric outlets easily accessible for smart vehicle charging.
