Newly Renovated Near Amazing Sunset Beach

This 5-bedroom, Cape style retreat is nestled in Cape Cod s best kept secret, North Falmouth. You ll enjoy open-concept living with new hardwood floors, shiplap accents and a new kitchen with white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Downstairs features master suite, 1.5 baths, spacious dining area and access to two rear decks! Enjoy BBQs, dining al fresco on the main deck off the back/side door. The master suite boasts dual sinks, a walk-in closet and slider doors to your own private outdoor rear deck. Upstairs are 4 more cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub.

Located on a cul de sac with a uniquely private, spacious backyard, you're walking distance to Megansett Beach and it’s gorgeous sunsets! Also within walking distance: the Shining Sea bike path with amazingly gorgeous ocean and marsh views to Woods Hole (and so is the local bike rental shop). Walk the wooded path to Dunkin’ less than 1/8 of a mile away, or enjoy a longer walk or ride to the Cape s finest coffee shop, The Daily Brew. Take a short drive a 1/2 mile away to the Cape’s most desirable beach, Old Silver. You're also a short drive to downtown Falmouth shops and restaurants. You ll love taking a short stroll to Holy Cow ice cream, Epic Oyster restaurant, the N. Falmouth Library and playground.

This is a wonderful house and a quiet neighborhood. Your with in a hour drive to just about everything. Great local restaurants. The house was really nice and clean. Plenty of room for a large family or a bunch of friends for a getaway. I will definitely be staying here again.

The house is beautiful, nice and clean. In a peaceful location but near to a range of eateries and shops. The house is well equipped and ideal for any family stay. Lovely and warm in the freezing weather (a little too warm sometimes at night!!!) Well recommended.

The owner was super communicative and helpful iwith our needs. The location is very private with a great yard. House was very comfortable. Tt had everything we needed. Close to downtown falmouth, and some of the beaches. It's suited our needs perfectly.

Very nice home, good location and comfortable. Bill the host was very responsive to the needs we had for items that were not stocked up (dishwasher soap, garbage bags). The heat downstairs isn’t controlled by guests. You need your own Netflix etc.

This home was a great space for our group. A good amount of room and nice location. There was only one roll of paper towels and no toilet paper outside of the half roll provided, and no trash bags so there were things we needed to go out and get, just for future guests to be aware of. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and the host was quick with communication and accommodating.

Everything was great. Plenty of room for the seven of us. House was stocked well including beach towels. Beds were quite comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor space in front and back of house. There were several good restaurants nearby and great ice cream a short walk with mini golf and bumper boats. The closest beach was less than 5 minute drive. It was a wonderful vacation at this great family house!

Gorgeous Renovated Home in a Prime Location – Perfect for Families!We had an amazing stay at this beautifully renovated home! The layout and design are modern, tasteful, and incredibly comfortable. Our group included 6 adults, 3 kids, and a toddler, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.The location was unbeatable—just a short drive to several local beaches, restaurants, and shopping. It was easily the most convenient vacation we’ve had in years. One of our favorite parts was the quick walk to Dunkin’ each morning—coffee for the adults and donuts for the kids!The backyard with gas fire pit was a great bonus for outdoor time, and the outdoor shower was heavenly. The hosts also provided all linens and towels, which made packing so much easier.If you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and family-friendly home in a perfect location, this is it. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Warm and Inviting Home

We have rented this home twice this year; once in August and again in November. The home is wonderful for a multi generation family. During our summer stay we were delighted to find out there were pickleball courts within walking distance! We were glad we could rent again on short notice in November in order to attend a funeral. The familiarity of the house was great for our small grandchildren.The home is warm and inviting and in a great location and very clean. We enjoyed staying in it.

This was a great property for our trip, clean and comfortable. A few suggestions: the upstairs shower is VERY slow to drain. Each bedroom needs a mirror so we could fix hair while another showers. The bathrooms/ bathrooms need hooks or towel racks. Thank you for having us.
