Please note: With all due respect, we rent to families and mature adult groups. This is NOT a "Party House." We like to communicate with our guests as part of the booking process. Thank you! The cozy home is set back from the road, with woodland views on every side. It is only 10 minutes from town but in a quiet, secluded woodland area. All amenities: HD cable, 47' HD Flat screen in the living room, individual flat screens in every bedroom (all Roku equipped), Broadband Wi-Fi. Large deck, charcoal grill (April through October), screened sun/play porch, large private yard with masonry fire / S'mores pit. The 6-person Jacuzzi is maintained meticulously for Year-Round use. It is a peaceful location just minutes from North Conway. 5 minutes from Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park, 10 minutes to Storyland & Outlet Shopping, and 15 minutes to Attitash. Bear Peak and Echo Lake State Park. It is the best of both worlds - minutes from town via back road access, avoiding traffic, but in a quiet, very private woodland setting. Note: There is a security camera on the driveway and garage as we are set back from the road and nicely secluded. Unfortunately, our online calendar tells the world when the house is vulnerable! Neill’s house was perfect! It was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed for the weekend. Hot tub was a big hit, especially after spending time outside in the snow! Having a heated garage to park in made it easier to unpack everything. Close to Cranmore mountain, the outlets and restaurants. Neill is quick to respond and answer any questions. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

WAY too many personal photos throughout the house. and the house could use updating. for example furniture, flooring, pots and pans, bedding. everything else is fine. hot tub is great.

This was a great place to stay with my family of four.The house was cozy warm when we arrived and the host left us a bottle of wine and some snacks.We had everything we could need with thoughtful toiletries located through the house.There was a great entrance from garage which was perfect for stashing ski gear. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing and everything in the home was very clean. The location was very close to Cranmore for skiing, too. Overall, one of the best places we have stayed. We plan to return during warmer months to hike and explore even more. Personally I would rather keep this place a secret. ShhhThank you Neil!

Great communication with owner. Quick responses and added suggestions were much appreciated. Home was comfortable and had ample space for 6 adults and one child. Location is perfect - close to everything yet set in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was a huge hit! Far better than any hotel or condo.

Excellent stay! Plenty of room for all of us to sit around the table and play games. Enjoyed being able to all sit in the living room and have a fire going while watching the Patriots play. The best was being able to sit in the hot tub while it was snowing!!!

Everything was just perfect. Our host, Neill was always quick responding to any questions & when we had a heating issue he rectified it without delay. The home is exceptionally equipped with everything you could want, great locations and a home from home. We cannot recommend this home more.

Beautiful clean spacious house and convenient location! Stayed for the weekend with family to visit storyland and the outlets. Everything was a short drive away! Neill recommended the Moat Mountain restaurant and the food was fabulous! We were so appreciative of the welcome gift & easy check in process. We had a great stay and look forward to visiting again!

This was our second year here. Four of us come up from Massachusetts to play golf over a long weekend. The house is perfect for us, with plenty of bedrooms, island kitchen and even a hot tub. Neill, the owner, is an excellent host!

Perfect For Our Family Getaway

The house was a perfect fit for our family! Our two young children loved the variety of toys and it kept them happily entertained. The house was spacious for everyone to spread out in and was clean. Communication with the property owners was prompt and you can tell they care about the house and the quality of their guest’s stay.

Weekend getaway

Property is well equipped with anything you may need even pack and plays and high chairs and toys lonesome board games and plenty of cards. Property is very close to everything we needed and Neil was very helpful with ensuring that our stay was stress free including having a great bottle of wine for the adults and s’mores for the kids I can’t say enough good things about our family stay. Storyland

This property was in a perfect location- no more than 10 minutes to the outlets and Storyland. The beds have old style plastic waterproof mattress protectors that my adult children commented on - those could be updated. Overall it was great!

Neill was a great host and provided in depth and prompt information throughout the planning and arrival process. This home was great for 4 adults and 3 small kids with plenty of space for the kids to play, adults to hang out and more than enough sleeping options. We arrived to a beautiful welcome basket, everything was thoughtfully labeled, and Neill’s support of law enforcement families is greatly appreciated. Additionally, the location of this property was perfect for visiting the North Conway and local area attractions! Storyland is 8 mins away, Conway Scenic Railroad and shops 5 mins, and so much more. We had the best of both worlds, private home but close to so much. We will definitely stay here again!
