Situated in a very quiet area of North Chatham offering private conservation views from this charming one bedroom, first floor, end unit condo. An open floor plan with hardwood floors are throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, with granite counter tops and a small cafe table.

Enter into an open living and dining area with sliders to the common backyard area. The living room has a Queen sleep sofa and flat screen HDTV. The Bedroom has a Queen bed and flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower. Convenient living all on one level!

Outside - just off the back deck, you will find a (private to the unit) gas grill. The washer/dryer is located in the basement and is private. There are mini split AC units in both the bedroom and living area. The A/C will keep you cool and the WiFi will keep you connected! Stroll up to the end of the road to find a great little coffee place- best muffins and good sandwiches too! Nice outdoor patio for your enjoyment.
