The Space: Welcome to The Quiver, a beautifully renovated Park Circle retreat featuring a main house and a charming detached guest cottage, perfect for groups who want space, style, and flexibility!

Main House
The main home is newly renovated and filled with stylish décor and vibrant artwork. Relax in the comfortable living room with a couch, Smart TV, and decorative (non-functional) fireplace. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen includes a dining table for six, a breakfast bar for two, and two dedicated desks for remote work. A bright sunroom workspace opens directly to the backyard.

Outside, enjoy a lush private garden with seating for four, a large umbrella, and a gas-powered fire pit, ideal for evenings outdoors.

The main house offers two spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed and original decorative fireplace, plus a shared bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Detached Guest Cottage
Located above the garage and accessed via a side staircase, the guest cottage features a bright, pastel-inspired design with local artwork. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a couch and Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating for two, and a dedicated workspace accented by an abstract mural. The bedroom includes a queen bed, seating area, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Outdoor & Location Perks
Guests can enjoy both a front patio with table and umbrella and a private back patio with additional seating. Parking is easy with ample space in the covered driveway. Best of all, you’re just a five-minute walk to Park Circle’s favorite restaurants, cafés, and breweries!

Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
If this property allows pets, only one dog allowed for a non-refundable pet fee of $200. Additional pets subject to approval with an extra pet fee of $200. Fee waived for certified service dogs with proper paperwork. Duvet only allows dogs as it's pet friendly properties.

Evacuation Policy:
In case of a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County during your stay, enjoy peace of mind with a 100% refund of all deposits, payments, and/or monies paid within 72 hours. No further liability with respect to the Reservation.

House Rules:
• 🚭 No Smoking Allowed; minimum $250 fine for in-room smoke damages
• 🚬 Smoking permitted only outside, maintaining a distance of at least 10 feet from doors
• Firearms are strictly prohibited; any left behind will be turned over to local police

Legal Short Term Rental:
Compliance with all legal requirements. Respect quiet hours (10 pm-8 am) to avoid fines. Guests are responsible for following The City of North Charleston Ordinance rules under Section 156.340.

Extended Stays:
Stays of 10 days or more may be subject to an additional cleaning fee at the host's discretion.

Alteration Policy:
Changes or cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be approved.

Event Decorations:
Use painters tape for event decorations to avoid damages. Damages due to tape removal or decorations will incur a $500 repainting fee.

Laundry Etiquette:
Utilize the washer and dryer if available to freshen linens. Limited supplies require off-site washing between stays. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.
