We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*

Overall the house was very cozy and inviting. Beds were clean and comfortable and we had plenty of room. There were a few things lacking- supplies like trash bags and dish soap (even though you are told to start the dishwasher prior to checkout), no blankets besides bedsheets, and some mildew and spots on the shower liner. Guests should note that the social club right next door plays quite loud music throughout the day on the weekends and their staff do maintenance work early in the morning which can be a little nosy. We also encountered issues with the AC, making the first night very warm, but StayDuvet was very responsive in getting it fixed mostly and assured us their maintenance team was replacing parts after our stay.

Our family loved this property! If you have young kids, the park circle playground is amazing and very close. The park circle strip is very close and Paradiso has day passes, which are expensive but worth it for the kids. The management group that runs the property, keeps it clean and are very communicative when you ask questions. Check in process was a breeze, and the checkout process was extremely short.You won’t be disappointed if you stay at this location!

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the ceiling fans added a refreshing touch to the atmosphere. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. Overall, our experience was delightful, and I can confidently say that all four of us wholeheartedly recommend this house as a perfect getaway.

Nice place

Clean and accurate description of amenities in listing. Bedrooms upstairs have many windows letting light in very early morning and some heat. A bit busier location across from pool, with grounds keeping noise starting at 7am some days during the week. Evenings were much quieter.

Work trip turned into vacation…

Traveled to Charleston for the Credit One Charleston around WTA women’s international tennis tournament. The location was absolutely perfect being in Park Circle to my work on Daniel Island. Beautiful neighborhood. Friendly people. Amenities abounded in every direction. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!It was clean and well appointed. Extremely comfortable and homey! Actually felt a little sad when I had to check out! I hope to come back and stay again in the future!

Awesome Girls Weekend

We loved our stay in Charleston. Location was a short drive to the heart of downtown or the beach. The house was nicely decorated and had all the amenities that we needed. The concierge service helped us plan some activities including spa and nail days. All of which were great!

Great stay

Excellent house, very clean, the kitchen had everything for cooking. Each room has a tv. There is one parking spot for a car, and ample parking on the street - this house is a neighborhood so the street parking is pretty easy. The pool is 50 feet from the house, and there are other amenities nearby. We would definatley recommend this hosue and would stay here again.

Very nice property.

Had a fully stocked kitchen. Linens were plentiful and beds very comfortable. We had some issues with electrical issues in master. Owner responded quickly. Location was excellent for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Stay

My spouse and I enjoyed spending time on the front porch. Kitchen was fully stocked with all of the basic necessities and appliances, I did a lot of cooking. They even had complementary salt and pepper! The beds were comfy. And I loved the location-- we were nearby a grocery store and close to a few convince shoppes. The property was clean and private. The host was friendly, professional and easy to get in contact with. My only quarrel: be ready to climb some stairs. Haha. 10 out of 10. Will absolutely rent here again.

Wonderful place!

This place was one of the best places we have stayed. The condo was just as pictured, very clean and comfortable. The front deck was great to sit on in the morning or early evening. It really gave the historic Charleston vibe.

Beautiful house, adorable neighborhood!

The house was beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood was adorable and felt very private. There is a small market store right next door. The hosts were very easy to get in contact with and very helpful. The house was in a great area to travel to all the beaches and south Charleston as well as close to the outlets and Walmart in North Charleston.

Great stay!

We loved our stay at Marblehead! The property felt like a home vs just a place to stay. Well decorated and very clean! We only slept in one of the bedrooms, very comfortable bed and bedding. The parking at was not ideal at property but doable, esp if you have a smaller vehicle as we do. We called StayDuvet a couple of times, once about internet and a missing coffee filter they couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. There is a small town with good restaurants 5 minutes away which was also nice and convenient. Our only minor complaint was the porch, the lights weren’t working and difficult trying to see keypad on door at night without lights. The porch cushions and rug need a good cleaning. All in all we loved the property and would stay there again!

Perfect for us

Had a wonderful stay at the property. It was really tastefully decorated and had many amenities that were not in the listing- umbrellas, fully stocked kitchen, coffee, laundry detergent, toiletries etc. The kitchen was so well stocked we did some baking. The layout was perfect for us traveling with a 1.5 year old. The bed was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and nice for walking around. Host was very responsive. Would stay again!
