This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Day Passes are for an extra cost. Pricing is created by the Wonderer, guest will receive a link after booking to see cost breakdown.

*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

Dear SIr/Madam Unfortunately the property was not to the standard that we would expect for the price we paid. On arriving at the property we noted that the outside furniture was dirty, there are plants blocking the entrance to the stairs leading up to the apartment. The stairs and front door mat had not been swept and they were clustered with leaves. The outside sitting area was covered in leaves. Inside the tops of the curtains were full of dust, the floor was sticky and had not been cleaned. The lamps by the side of the bed are not securely fitted to the wall, they were lopsided when we entered the property. One lamp was leaning on the bed frame. Picture attached. The cable from the TV was partially trunked and not secured to the wall. Picture attached. The upholstery on the sofa was dirty a picture is attached.The base of the shower curtains were filthy and the door to the bathroom was faulty as the hinges are not securely fastened  Also note it's quaint having an apartment above the garage however it's not convenient nor socially friendly when the garage door is being opened and closed multiple times by another guest at 6am! My overall rating is poor and it was definitely not worth the price I paid for the accommodation

The house was way too small for us. I tried to change to a house with at least a bigger bathroom but the owner was unable to do that. I tried to cancel and jus book at a hotel but the owner would NOT do that! I checked out 2 days early bc we couldn't bear it any more... no refund for days not stayed. Very unhappy!!

Very cute with everything we needed for a 3-day festival stay. Comfy bed, nice linens and towels, good seating options including a chair in the bedroom. Easy thermostat control and a sweetly stocked kitchen. Nice street with cool neighbors and a quick walk to the N Charleston Main Street area with tons of restaurants and bars. We didn't even feel a need to drive into historic Charleston for anything. Would absolutely stay here again.
