"Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean. Not appropriate if you need a handicap bathroom but worked well for this single traveller. Also had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a table and 2 chairs, and a little kitchenette...

Also the place was exceptionally clean and nice. It was very quiet with friendly neighborhood. Nice big tree during the flower blooming was very pleasant when we had our breakfast and nice path to the very beautiful park near the place. Also it was close to many great restaurants for dining and also enjoying...

"Great place to stay in Seattle! Easy walk to Climate Pledge Arena with a lot of great restaurants and bars nearby. Brand new facility, so everything is in top shape. Breakfast was a nice bonus, especially with kids in tow. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Clean room and for extra pillows, friendly staff, hot breakfast, check out 12 noon which is nice for us people who like to sleep in a bit. Didn’t go in the hot tub but it looked nice. Will stay there again."
