Newest remodeled space. This apartment is one mile from Owens Field Stadium, a walk, or an Uber to the big game. This fully remodeled 2-bedroom apartment is located near campus and downtown Norman.
A newly remodeled 2-bedroom/1-bath, fully furnished with hotel-style mattresses. A great location for game-day stays as it is just one mile from Owens Field Stadium. You can just walk or book an Uber to the big game.
Contactless check-in! Eliminates the hassle of picking up a key. Keys can be duplicated. The unique code is provided to you only and erased after every stay.

Safe location. You are less than a mile from the OU Stadium and Campus on a commercial street. Campus, Campus Corner, Downtown Norman and the highway are easily accessible. Close to Norman Regional Hospital.
The apartment is on the campus/city busline. Uber is always available.
Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. Parking is available. A stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try. The sanitizing kit is also provided in the apartment.
No pets or smoking allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations, including smoke odor or related items like cigarette butts. This applies to the unit and all common areas.

No extra guests besides those included in the reservation; unless prior request and written approval for extra visitor(s).
Our apartment should never be used for commercial purposes without advance permission.
No pet policy
Additional blankets will be provided to the guests on prior requests before the check-in date.
Currently, the Pool is open, however, we may close the pool due to weather conditions and maintenance anytime.

The place was very clean, safe, spacious, and highly convenient to campus! I didn’t have any issues but felt she would have responded quickly if I did. I would definitely recommend and will try to book here again when I’m in town.

I was in town for work and this was a great place to rest and unwind after a full day of meetings. Easy check in and check out. Walking distance to food, coffee and donuts.

Solid 2 bedroom. A 4 star and could be a 5 star with a few enhancements. Theres no live TV, so you have to go to the web and steam it through the WiFi. The TVs ability to stream WiFi is impossible. The WiFi is fine and we streamed TV and games on my lap top but the TV ability doesn’t work and was looping slow. Place could use an upgrade in sheets and pillows. Pillows were old. Also, location on Lindsey is loud and the apartment floor above us is razor thin so you hear every footstep and voice. Hard to do anything about that. Place is VERY clean. Living room nice and kitchen very functional. Bath good too. Solid 4 star.

Awesome Place in Norman

The place is in a good location close to everything in Norman. Football season this would be good because it's walking distance to OU's stadium. There are people upstairs that make noise from time to time, but it wasn't bad and I never heard anything at night. Will definitely stay here again if available and would recommend to anyone staying in Norman it's better than a hotel room by far.

Great Place & Location

Was in OK for a softball tournament. Location was only a couple minutes away from field and Marita Hynes field on OU campus, which was perfect. The apartment was very clean and refreshing for breaks from heat wave. We would definitely book again!

Short stay

We booked this property for a two-night stay while my daughter went to an OU Orientation. The location was great and the two-bedroom apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The communication with the owner has been fantastic! Looking forward to booking again when we come back to Norman!

Nice but needs improvement

This is a downstairs apartment, so the noise from above was very loud-AND loud during very late night hours (12a-2a). The unit smelled like a cat but I got used to it after a while, until I would re-enter the apartment. There are several candles around but no lighter or matches were found. Kitchen is very well stocked with supplies and food (didn't use any); however, I'd prefer more healthy food options. Also, there are only 2 ice trays in the freezer. The communication about the check in process was lacking. I had to contact them to find out the address, lock code and check in time; however, when I contacted them about an issue with the bathroom sink, they responded quickly and resolved it. The decor is nice and I liked the location. Probably wouldn't stay here again but it was fine for what I needed for 2 nights while visiting my daughter at OU.

Great Stay

Small Walk-up Apt complex. Ground Floor Apartment for easy access. There was some noise from upstairs but nothing that you wouldn't expect from an apt. Well stocked kitchen with the items to meal prep. I love when VRBOs have some salt & pepper, spices, condiments, etc. Just so you don't waste those items. I usually end up just leaving them. Too bad my daughter is a senior but I would recommend for her as an alumni!

Cozy, clean and organized

My husband and I came to Norman to visit our son. We were so pleased with our stay at Evie’s luxury apartment 1. The place was spotless, clean and so well thought out. The place had everything needed from fresh towels to coffee in the morning. There was room to relax on the sofa and a kitchen area to eat and play games at the table. The bed was comfy and we would definitely stay here again. The only downfall was the TV does not have stations . Only apps, but we were able to adapt, we would absolutely stay here again.
