  • This 2 bedroom, 2 baths furnished home is set up around your comfort. Perfectly situated 1.5 miles from campus and the NCED Conference Center allows you to come and go quickly, while enjoying OU games, visiting students, or attending trainings.

    Smart TV and large, comfy couch are perfect for game night, afternoon nap, or watching The Office for the millionth time. The kitchen is fully stocked w/ dishwasher, refrigerator, and electric oven/stovetop. In-house washer and dryer make laundry a breeze. And for your dog, there are; dog bowls, a large wire kennel, and of course, a fenced-in backyard.

    Cleanliness is next to godliness. Between every stay the floors are shampooed, mattresses vacuumed, and bathrooms become spotless.

Good spot for a gameday crash or if you’re traveling with pets. Very reasonably priced and has all the necessities. Short drive to plenty of restaurants, stores, parks, and campus.

We stayed for our daughter’s graduation weekend. Convenient to campus and lots of food and shopping nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Parking for one car in the garage and two in driveway with additional street parking. Two bedrooms with queen beds and two bathrooms made sleeping for four very comfortable. The host was quickly responsive and friendly. Well stocked kitchen. We had a great stay!

The place is not as described, house was fitly, trash in kitchen, roaches in kitchen, bathroom and bathtub had not been cleaned, host promised to refund some money if we stayed there, he offered 30.00, I would not stay there

We booked this rental for proximity to the stadium and that was terrific, but the unit is very dated. We were hoping for just a clean, inexpensive place to sleep following a concert, but one of the beds was actually broken upon our arrival. The host, however, was great. Easy check in process and he even helped us get a refund due to the bed issue. he reported that the bed has been replaced with a new one.

Lovely little place close to campus. Pet/ family friendly. We’ve stayed here a few times now and the owner is very fast to respond to messages, which is really appreciated.

I can't say if this properly was clean or dirty or if the check in was easy or not. I had this booked a month out. We were traveling from CO to OK. Leaving 6/5, I received only a notification that it was canceled "environmental" no other communication. Seriously the at 8pm the night before we were driving out. I messaged the host a few times with absolutely no response. So just with that I would never rent from this host again.

Needs to be sprayed badly. We left early. Dishwasher full of roaches. Roaches were everywhere in the kitchen. Bedrooms and bathroom were bug free but we were unable to cook or have any food there while we stayed. I was refunded one night. But I lost money on food that was in the fridge and paying for another place to stay. So the refund didnt even cover what was lost.

The dishwasher didn’t work, the mattress in the second room was worn out and needs to be replaced. There are no screens on the windows.The front screen door does not lock, cause it to flael in the Oklahoma wind. Overall the property could benefit from some care.
