"House looks very run down and the yard is horrible not to mention its in a sketchy neighborhood. Code wouldn't work to get in into the house. When we got in the house smelled musty and like rotten trash. It was so horrible we had to go buy air freshners and candles to mask the smell. "Cute little house in a beautiful neighborhood that was spotless, functional and convenient to pretty much everything with off street parking. Bathrooms nicely updated and well lit. I will note that there is a barn door closing off the master bath from the master bedroom so unfortunately master bath privacy was visual only. "The house was well appointed. Anything that was missing could be obtained from near by stores. The fenced yard was great, albeit maybe not the best for small dogs as there were a few gaps. Communication from Tony was great. If we are in the area in the future we will def stay again . "
