"Super convenient for UGA. Rooms are small; bathrooms are tiny; but all up to date. I booked two adults, but UGA Daughter decided to stay with us and I listed that (in writing) at front desk…would have been classy IF check-in provided 3 comp breakfast vouchers; but that didn’t happen. "The room was clean but I had no lights aside from a few desk lamps, one of which was making electrical noises and flickering.
The shower was clean but the shelf inside was not level and my soap kept sliding off. In addition the shower pressure was terrible.
Otherwise everything was fine."

"The staff at the reception were courteous and helpful. I used the stationary bicycle in the gym. Didn't have time to use the indoor pool but it looked clean. I didn't like the smell of the room. It took a bit of work to program TV so I could watch. Convenient location. Reasonable price."

"Staff did not clean room or provide towels the second day of a 3 day stay. Lower area not to my standards for a Best Western but I don't know anything about tower rooms. Parking is minimal and difficult to acquire if late returning. Breakfast was definitely of low standards with minimal selections. No breakfast available last morning at 0800 on April 20,2026, no coffee, nothing."
