Oceanfront & Pool, on the Boardwalk at 37th Street

Oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom with full kitchen, dining room, living room and balcony overlooking the boardwalk. Many guest enjoy watching dolphins in the early surf. Restaurants, family / nightly entertainment and shopping all within walking distance.
King in Primary Bedroom and Two Double beds in the 2nd Bedroom.
Smart TV's in Living Room, Primary Bedroom and 2nd Bedroom. Newly updated kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked for your cooking convenience. Primary bathroom is also newly updated with a deluxe step in shower.

Boardwalk has bike and skating paths as well as miles of walking opportunity. Chair and umbrella rentals are available as well. During the summer there are minimal night and check in day restrictions. Please feel free to send your questions and we will be happy to address.
Condo amenities include exterior shower to rinse off prior to entry, laundry facilities and swimming pool.

You and your guests will feel right at home with comfortable furnishings within your Unit. The condo comes with full refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and all the comforts of home. Linens available for $75.00 or feel free to bring your own linens and fee will be waived.
The 37th St Beach Condo also features:

* 2 bedrooms (King bed in primary and 2 double beds in 2nd bedroom)

* Bathroom in the Primary Bedroom with another Full Bath for the 2nd Bedroom

* Cookware, dishes and utensils provided. We include both a brew pot coffee maker and a Keurig. (Guest should bring their own preferred coffee supplies). Dish washer packets, dish detergent, dish sponge, salt & pepper, trash bags, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and a spare light bulb or so,

* Open living/kitchen floor plan chairs on the balcony

* Complimentary WiFi

*Check-in is contactless. guests receive key cards for building and condo entry and parking pass, only 1 vehicle is allowed per unit.

Location? From the lobby to the boardwalk, approximately 17 yards. That's access to everything: the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, and attractions.

Perfect Beach Getaway!We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location couldn’t be better with the beach just steps away, great restaurants nearby, and stunning ocean views right from the balcony. Communication with the owner was amazing from start to finish, always quick, friendly, and helpful with every detail. Check-in and check-out were simple and stress free. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! Property was beautiful right there on the ocean. Couldn't beat the view of the sunrise every morning. Beachfront bliss for a long wedding weekend

Best oceanfront and boardwalk location and views! Walk outside and you’re there. The Cavalier close for all wedding events, nearby restaurants, rented bikes. Comfortable with well stocked kitchen, Keurig or drip coffee choice. Fantastic shower in primary suite with ocean and sun rise views. Great host, nice to have binoculars for dolphin watching. Parking spot at the condo a big bonus.. balcony access from primary and great room. Good beach chairs & towels. Will book again.

Amazing Place

First, I would like to say Ann was very communicative and responded quickly. The place was amazing. The view is great. Very close to everything. Very spacious and very clean. I highly recommend and am definitely booking again.

Spring Break vacation for Grandkids!

Everything was very nice, beautiful views from the windows. We stayed in April, the outdoor pool doesn’t open until May. The children had one very good day out in the beach water and on the playground. The playground is also just steps away. Ann has lots of beach chairs to carry out on the beach. Lots of entertainment for children as well as adults. We enjoyed to the full. Thank you

Property was very nice with extra large windows facing the water! Plenty of room for two couples! Walking nearly everywhere was easily done with a few excellent restaurants! Communication was very prompt & response about trouble with a TV was immediate! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Accommodation

This condo was perfect for Shamrock marathon weekend. It is clean, roomy and conveniently located. The kitchen has a good inventory with quality cookware. We enjoyed the view of the ocean watching dolphins. Highly recommend.

The property is very clean, which was much appreciated. Ocean view and beach access is a big perk. Comfortable furnishing, decor. Host is very gracious and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely book another stay at this property.
