Our apartment is the perfect place for work trips, weekend get-always, or full vacations. With easy access to the beach and local amenities, the apartment is in the perfect location. With little touches of a home throughout, you’ll be able to settle in as soon as you walk through the door. Also, we are pet-friendly and we only allow smoking outside of the property preferred on the brick back yard patio. The patio may be shared with other guests.

The place was ideal for us. We stayed there for 2 1/2 weeks and it was perfect for my wife and myself. The microwave stopped working on the 2nd day and wasn't replaced after contacting the host and there was no iron which the property was advertised as having one. No big deal for us and still a 5 stay and we would definitely stay there again.

it worked for a short trip but the bathroom wasn’t very clean, there wasn’t any laundry detergent, no doors other than the bathroom which was fine. it wasn’t super clear exactly which part of the property we were supposed to stay in (though it was late and dark). it worked for a long weekend but the bathroom was dirty

Great location property

So this little place not quite what I was expecting and not really as pictured, great for a night stay but not for as long as we stayed 11 nights, it was clean and tidy however a bit outdated with some modern things like door lock and remote thermostat control although there wasn’t a new type of lock on the rear door of the property ,I’m glad we had family where we stayed as we had to borrow an airbed for my son to sleep on, there was no doors on the kitchen and bedroom which was odd paint work was a little unfinished and some electrical sockets where broken, Bathroom was a little poorly laid out as when we sat on the loo our feet where in the shower basin and the sink was right next to the loo, which there was little room to move . The bed was not as pictured either and was easily moved if you lent on it, the sofa had cover over it as it was a little springy and it was broken in places, we also had to borrow a kettle and there wasn’t one available only a coffee machine, kitchen was nicely played out and the use of machine and tumble dryer was great, could possibly consider returning if some changes where made and the pictures on the VRBO site, The host when I spoke to him about the thermostat was polite and friendly .

4 Day Stay

Had a great time while here! Everything's about 15-30 minutes away, so not too bad a drive for anything your looking to do! Had a slight trouble checking in, but contacting the host was easy and he was extremely quick to respond, he even checked in a 2nd time which was very nice. Overall, a great little spot to stay at!

Great neighborhood Excellent location. Safe and friendly people and neighborhood. New appliances. Great washer and dryer He even provided Hulu for us after the power went off. He returned my message quickly

Lovely, Clean Apartment by the Beach

My husband, pup, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this nice apartment by the beach. The area is extremely nice with many restaurants, breweries, and beach access nearby. The space was clean and the owner made it very easy for us to check in and access the apartment upon arriving. We will likely look for this place again the next time we visit the area!

Good for a short stay

The place was much rougher than what the pictures have. Everything was clean and we weren’t there much so it was fine. But the place was not near as nice as pictures made it out to be. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep it works great.

Needs Cleaning

Definitely in need of a deep cleaning. It was in need of sweeping, dusting, wall washing and removal of multiple cobwebs/dead bugs. There were many little black fly/moths flying around, on the walls, and in the shower. Check in/out was easy. A decent place for a night or two.

If I could give this place a rating of zero I would

The property looks nothing like the images. It’s dirty with potential safety hazards. There was dirt and other substances splattered on the walls as well as nails sticking out at head level. There was 2 of us so we had planned on one of us sleeping on the couch and the other in the bed. Well that couldn’t happen because the couch was filthy. We tried washing the cover on it and the wash machine started leaking all over the kitchen. So we contacted Anthony (the property manager). During my initial conversation with him he stated he would give me the refund for both nights that we had scheduled (knowing that if we left I wouldn’t be able to call Vrbo and hold him accountable to the verbal agreement he made with me). However the place was so disgusting that we weren’t comfortable staying there. The next day I checked in with him to see when I could expect my refund and he stated he was no longer going to give me the full refund, that he didn’t feel the situation was worthy of that. He was only willing to refund the cost of one nights stay. It has been over 2 weeks now and he still has yet to refund me the money that he agreed to. He doesn’t take being a property manager seriously and doesn’t respect the people that pay to stay at his building. He hasn’t been responding when I’ve reached out in regards to my refund for the past several days. It appears that he knows how the Vrbo system is ran so he works it and cheats people out of their money.

A place to just come and lay your head only

This place is the place if you want to just sleep and shower only. We had three people, and it was only room enough for two people. The couch is a two seater, and it does not fold out to a bed. The towels were only for two people, not three. There was food still left in refrigerator/ freezer from possibly the last group that wasn’t cleaned out. And please don’t use the washer machine, water pours out the back of it on the rinse cycle. We had to mop several times. Called the host, he wasn’t too concerned about it. Overall the place needs a fresh coat of paint, exterior cracking and peeling, a bowing foundation, and needs a power washing. So for a cheap place to lay our head and just shower only, this is it!

Super clean, but a little cramped.

Absolutely loved staying here. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was nicely decorated and clean. Only downside in the bathroom would definitly prove difficult for anyone on the taller or plus size side. And the couch technically sleeps a 3rd person but its not fit for anyone over like 5’6.

I DON'T WANT TO

We arrived not long after a brief rain storm. The front porch roof was leaking in numerous spots and the welcome mat was drenched which meant wetness and dirt followed us into the rental. No ocean view. ( I was aware of that at booking) Booking was for three people as advertised but there was only one bed. Contacted owner who claimed that the pull out sofa just " broke ". He ordered a blow up bed from Amazon to be delivered the following day which it was. My 6 foot 4 inch 15 year old grandson was forced to sleep on the floor as the "replaced "sofa was for two people. The kitchen was the best room as the appliances were either new or gently utilized. The bathroom however, was a nightmare. There was a 5 foot by 4 foot area ( guessing) that you could freely move in but the sink, commode and shower were all clustered together. Commode was directly in front of the shower where you would have to put your feet into the stall. When you rise from the commode your head has to go into the shower stall. There wasn't even a holder for the tissue roll. I'M DONE.
