My idea of heaven

The cabin and lake were even better than we expected. The cabin is fully equipped with almost everything you can think of for a comfortable stay. The lake water is very clean and the surrounding forest is sustainably maintained. Doolittle Lake is a hidden gem.

Lakeside Family Gathering

The house was a perfect space for my family. It felt less like a rental and more like we were borrowing it from friends. As for the location, there’s no finer spot in the eastern US!

I would like to keep this place a secret!

We love this place as the lake is extremely quiet and clean. The house has a great living room with lots of charm and plenty of bathroom and bedroom space. I wish I had something bad to say because we could keep it to ourselves, but I do not.

Gorgeous house on an amazing lake. Our family loved our stay here. Tree covered house with wall of windows onto a lake that does not allow motor boats. We swam most days and just enjoyed the house and view the rest. Great area if you like ice cream and hiking. Close grocery stores (well for the area). If you don’t mind a bit of driving, the Berkshires are just a hop away as is New York, the coast, etc. A
