The spacious & open concept home provides plenty of space for everyone. Cook family style meals in the fab gourmet kitchen or eat out at one of the many restaurants or breweries. Morning coffee on the large back deck? Yes please!

This home has everything you'll need for a fun & relaxing getaway! Guests are provided with linens, towels (including beach towels & make-up removing towels), shampoo, conditioner, & body wash.

The kitchen is fully loaded with the essentials including ground coffee, coffee filters, salt & pepper, garlic powder, EVOO, Kcups, parchment paper, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, & sandwich zip locks.

The back deck pergola has a tinted cover & overhead fan so you can stay cool under the shade & dry during a summer storm.

*No events, gatherings, or parties of any kind are permitted. We want you to have fun without disturbing the neighbors!
*No unauthorized guest are allowed.
*Per the city requirements we have exterior security cameras & interior & exterior decimal noise monitors.
*Max of 8 guests allowed.

**Fire wood is provided in the fall & winter for the fire pit.
**8 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, beach towels, 2 Tommy Bahama beach carts, 2 coolers (1 with wheels) are provided.
**Indoor gas fireplace is turned off April-September for the Spring/Summer season. It’s on mid October-March for the fall/winter season.
