"I paid for a family suite with a king bed and was put in a tiny room with 2 queen beds and was not even offered some kind of a reimbursement, I’m very disappointed and will not be staying again. And to top it all off, they didn’t even have fitted sheets on the be. Also a cup of coffee cost $4.50, ..."

Oneida Casino Hotel
"Bed very comfortable. Bathroom nice as well. Hallway-bedroom noise is well contained. My two biggest issues were the quality of the food in the casino since on Sunday night the restaurant is CLOSED!!! Secondly, and more frustrating, was finding that they DO NOT run the shuttle to the airport as EXPEDIA ..."
