"So convenient to access hospital. Hotel parking only a short walk to the hospital. Room was clean however beds were lumpy with rubber mattress protectors that were noisy every time you moved in bed. A/C malfunctioning and a staff member came up to fix. It started to cool down and then malfunctioned again. 24 degrees and wouldn’t cool down. "Staff help you promptly, was greeted right away and was checked in to my room within 5 mins of arriving. Only had the breakfast once, it was one of the better breakfasts I’ve had from a hotel that gives complementary breakfast. Coffee was great, which is hard to find.
