The apartment was completely modernized at the beginning of 2025. All rooms are equipped with high-quality design floors in wood look and ceiling spotlights. The bedroom has a box-spring bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m and two closets. The 40-inch QLED smart TV on the opposite wall, including a Sonos soundbar, can be used from the comfort of the bed. The floor-to-ceiling window can be opened completely and leads out onto the terrace. The living room can be divided into a living, dining and kitchen area. As in the bedroom, the floor-to-ceiling window can be opened completely. The sofa bed can be pulled out to the front, creating a sleeping area measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m and can therefore be used by two people. The 43-inch QLED Smart TV with Sonos surround system invites you to linger. A Playstation 4 with various games is also available. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils such as a fridge incl. freezer compartment, induction hob, kettle, hand blender, toaster, fully automatic coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc. (Siemens appliances). The bathroom with walk-in shower is equipped with Keuco products. The secluded terrace (approx. 10 m²) has a table with four chairs and two teak deckchairs with cushions. The non-smoking vacation apartment is approx. 43 m² in size. It is suitable for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 children. A travel cot including bed linen, children's crockery and various games, books etc. are available for our younger guests. In the house there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. These can be used by all vacation guests. We like pets. However, out of consideration for our allergy sufferers, we cannot accommodate pets. We ask for your understanding.
