This 50sqm ground floor apartment, which was only completed in 2009 in a prime location near the dike, was completely renovated in 2019 as a newly designed holiday apartment - everything inside was replaced, including new floors, ceilings, kitchen, bathroom, etc.
The result is more than impressive, the pictures speak for themselves. This luxury apartment also has a 24sqm, protected terrace facing south and a garden, which is regularly maintained and also protected by a local gardener.

Location:

This new apartment, located in a prime location, is within walking distance of approx. 6 minutes from the dyke on the level of the bathing beach as well as from the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool (each approx. 600m), a very good baker can be reached in 3 minutes.

The high-quality and very elegant sofa can accommodate 3 people.
A high-quality vinyl floor has been installed, there is a large wall-mounted TV and direct access to the terrace through the new 3m wide sliding door.
As in the entire apartment, the ceiling was suspended in the living room and modern LED lights installed, which give a very warm light.
Where appropriate, these can be dimmed (above the kitchen table, still in the living room and bedroom).

Each booking plus a one-time service fee i. H. of 75.00 euros per stay, further details about the service fee can be found under booking information.
The laundry package consists of bed linen, towels and a shower mat, two dish towels and a service set (Toi paper, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, dish brush, cleaning rags and other small helpers for the carefree start of your vacation. The beds are already made on arrival, the price for this is 13 euros per person per stay.
