The charming terraced house is located in a quiet side street in Norddeich. Nothing disturbs your relaxation here. Nevertheless, the diverse leisure and recreational offers of the popular holiday resort are only a few steps away. To get to the beach and the natural spectacle of the German Wadden Sea, you only need a quick walk over the dike. You can reach the small town center with its many shops and various culinary offerings just as quickly on foot.
The terraced house has a ground floor and two further upper floors and is perfect for 5 people. If you are travelling with a baby or toddler, you can also use the existing baby travel cot and a high chair. The parking space (two cars can park one behind the other) is right in front of the house.
On the ground floor, the combined living and dining area is the heart of the property. Two comfortable sofas invite you to relax. Of course, there is also a modern TV if you want to spend a cozy evening and just do nothing.
The kitchen is compact and has everything you need to prepare your meals. There is a stove with a ceramic hob with four plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an additional coffee capsule machine, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, an egg cooker and enough dishes, glasses and cutlery. Here, in the living and dining area, you can have your meals.
