Shower takes a minute to warm, once it does it's excellent, good temperature and good water pressure. Couldn't ask for more, excellent. "

"Room was spacious & very comfortable with adjoining second bedroom for our daughter. Beds large & very comfortable. Every amenity had been carefully thought out…dressing gowns, coffee machine, Guylain chocolates (topped up every day), water. Breakfast was superbe - Jason & Sandra catered to our every need, with freshly squeezed orange juice every morning, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries & of course cooked options. "This was an exceptional hotel and made our time in Bruges magical! Our room was romantic with beautiful views of the canal. Breakfast was delicious and offered so many options. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Very good location a few minute walk from the main Christmas Market square. We were room 211 which was outside the main hotel and it felt like a private chalet. We went to the Bar and service was great. Would stay again in Brugge"

"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and food. Location is ideal. Only negative was the restricted access to the toilet. In order to fit a more luxurious jacuzzi bath, space was sacrificed for the toilet which was wedged in a small space with high sides on either side. Having said that, I would absolutely stay there again. "

"Great location, great staff, nice amenities, room was a little tight for a deluxe room. Overall nice stay, comfortable bed, just the space could be a bit more open."

"Staffs are so nice and helpful. Rooms smells so nice with the fragrance they have placed. There is also a fireplace in the room which made is warm and cozy whenever you needed it. Hotel is also pet friendly, we were given a care package for my dog. "
