Conveniently located just a few feet away, sits a rustic super table staged with six handsome dining chairs. Once again, the towering ceilings offer a sense of grandeur, allowing this space to fit any occasion. Whether you’re planning a family reunion or simply looking to hold a romantic dinner for two, this setting aims to please.

The living room is by far the coziest room in the entire house, cascading with an overwhelming sense of wanderlust. Here, you will discover a welcoming layout, featuring an ultra-comfy three-seater, a commodious sectional, streamlined furnishings, and a large flat-screen television atop an entertainment console. Blue accent pillows provide the room with a hint of nautical flair, as the décor helps bring the outdoor elements inside. However, there is no greater example of this than that of the three French windows, which beckon you to open and let the gentle breeze grace the room with its presence. Not to mention, you can’t beat the view.

Bedroom #1 is chic and contemporary, highlighting a King size bed set inside a two-tiered bedframe, matching nightstand and ultra-wide dresser with silver pulls and metallic trim, as well as a massive wall-mounted flat-screen television. Take advantage of the exclusive access to the outdoors by slipping away and heading up to the second-floor balcony for a drink beneath the stars. Here, you will find outdoor patio loungers and a breathtaking view. Finally, take some time to unwind in the private spa-influenced en suite, complete with a modern vanity, and walk-in shower with nature stone slate tiling and pebble stone flooring.

Bedroom #2 presents a Queen size bed with a rustic shiplap headboard, a matching nightstand, six-drawer dresser, and several island-inspired elements throughout. In addition, this room comes complete with its own flat-screen television, as well as a double door window.

A washer and dryer have been provided, for your convenience.

Now, make your way outside to your very own palm-laden oasis. Take-in the fresh air as you laze beneath the tiki hut, where two hanging teardrop swings and a daybed await. Naturally, you’ll want to book some time in the private pool, where an ever-flowing fountain trickles as you bask in the sun. You'll be delighted to find a scenic walking path just 100 yards from the home. Follow the path, marked with a "beach" sign, as you can see in the photos and you'll find yourself on the beautiful shores of Palm Beach within a pleasant 10-minute walk.

HOUSEKEEPING:
This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.

BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.

CONCIERGE SERVICE:
Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.
