The Villas are located at Merlot Villas Aruba. In the garden wall between the Villas is also a door so the both gardens are easily accessible from the other villa.

The villas features 2 large private pools surrounded by lounge chairs, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying leisurely moments. The furnished shaded terrace(s) with a comfortable lounge set and dining set provide an ideal space for outdoor relaxation and dining. You`ll find a built-in gas and charcoal BBQ, allowing you to indulge in delicious grilled meals while enjoying the outdoors.

Merlot Villas Aruba is a small, exclusive gated villa community located just behind the Marriott Hotel. It`s a short walk of 750 yards or 1 mile (10-15 minutes) to Palm Beach, renowned as one of the world`s most beautiful beaches. In close proximity, you`ll find golf courses, shopping malls, cinemas, bars, and restaurants. There`s also a medium-sized grocery store conveniently located right around the corner.

Inside the villas, you`ll discover 12 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and a comfortable king-size bed. Additionally, there`s also 2 extra tower room featuring two single beds. Please note that you have to share one of the other bathrooms. In total, the villa accommodates up to 28 guests across its 14 bedrooms. Two of the second-floor bedrooms offer access to a shaded roof terrace, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunset views.

During your stay, you`ll have access to a range of amenities to enhance your experience:

Please note that the prices are based on the total number of guests. For each additional guest above 8, there is an extra charge of $25 USD per guest per night (children up to 2 years old stay free of charge). This pricing structure allows us to offer competitive rates for smaller groups as well.

To ensure a comfortable and eco-friendly stay, there is an electricity and water allowance of $100 USD per day. We kindly request that you use the utilities consciously, such as turning off the AC when not in use or when you`re away. We will monitor the usage and provide warnings if the consumption exceeds the allowance.

While the villa is conveniently located near the beach and the High Rise Area, we highly recommend renting a car for sightseeing, exploring other beaches, and conducting larger grocery shopping trips.

To ensure everybody gets to enjoy their stay at Merlot Villas, we ask you kindly to respect the following rules:

- for safety and security reasons we need to know how many persons are staying in the Villa. Please make sure that you communicated that.

- Quiet Hours after 10PM: Loud talking, parties in the garden & terraces, loud televisions or other devices should be kept quiet after 10PM. Feel free to close the doors & windows in order to keep the noise at a minimum. We thank you for respecting the local residence living with family & children.

- Smoking inside the villa is prohibited. However feel free to smoke outside in the garden.

- If you are planning to do parties/events, please request us for permission.

- Merlot Villas is located within a small gated community but for your safety and for the safety of our community we have a camera system that records and files in case of incidents. These cameras are not pointed on any private areas.

- The water/electricity usage is also included in the price up to US$50 a day. This amount is more than sufficient when using the air conditioning wisely, meaning; keeping windows and doors closed when turning the AC on and turning the AC off when leaving the villa. We will monitor it and warn you when overusing so you can adjust.

- Children up to 2 years of age stay for free (baby cribs and chairs available upon request).
