  • TRANQUILO… Gazebo dining & night-time lighted outdoor space with palappas by the pool to enjoy your vacation in our luxurious Caribbean Villa… in the gated GOLF resort of Tierra Del Sol; features Sand N’ Sea themed interior decor, 2 KING MBR's w/ en-suite baths & 1 QUEEN Suite with a private bath, solid mahogany doors. In addition to this spacious villa is a lovely private guest house with a mandevilla vine courtyard… entering the “honeymoon suite” is complete with air conditioning, a Queen bamboo bed, night stands & bureau, wardrobe closet, couch a 40” LG Tv and kitchenette complete with table & chairs, cooktop, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven & full size refrigerator. The GH bath has a 48” vanity and spacious 2 person shower. It is available exclusively for Villa guests requesting more space, and separately charged. he Guesthouse w/kitchenette, full-sized refrigerator is rented separately.

    Our ‘Sand an’ Sea’ Villa (SO NAMED FOR IT’S We are minutes away from several spectacular beaches: Arashi, Boca Catalina Cove, Malmok & the world-famed Eagle Beach.

    The villa accommodations are paradise themed bedrooms: 2 KING MASTER En-suite bedrooms - the ‘PALM' room and the ‘ISLAND’ room. Our 3rd villa bedroom is the QUEEN ‘SEASHELL’ bedroom with an adjacent private bathroom. All bedrooms have 40" Smart TV’s w/ mini split inverter air conditioners, for your night’s comfort. Our luxurious bedding provides 18"pillow-top mattresses, down pillows and 600 thread - count sheets. The two KING en-suites have double vanities & feature travertine tile & dual-head shower fixtures.
    Each of the master bedrooms flow freely outdoors independently & provide access to the pool/gazebo area.

    There are custom blinds, & draperies for privacy, & windows & heavy mahogany doors w/ retractable screens for you to enjoy those tropical breezes!

    Our new gourmet kitchen boasts a 10’ granite island- quality amenities for for meal preps, dining, or just simply gathering complete with a 30" deep stainless sink, stainless faucet, LG appliances & Cuisinart small appliances in the spacious 20x17' kitchen, with seating for 6+. It has a new LG inverter 24 cu' refrigerator w/ ice maker, on-demand filtered water window, & french split door-in-door easy- access panels.
    Our stainless inverter DW is exceptionally quiet and our 5 burner stainless convection stove is a joy to cook on... well, occasionally! There’s 6 Ceiling fans and dusk lighting to enjoy the outdoors with your private swimming pool.
    There is a separate AVANTI 35 capacity wine bottle refrigerator and new stackable, energy efficient, Electrolux Washer & Dryer appliances.

    The LR is equipped with luxurious Italian Leather sofa & loveseat, an oversized comfy rattan- armed chair, a 55' 4k LG- TV, Netflix optional and a fun selection of board games!

    The 8’ kitchen sliding glass patio door leads to our backyard extended living area which features our custom pool and marble cabana area with teak loungers, an open-air pergola, a vaulted ceiling & covered shade gazebo with a large round TEAK dining table seats 6+ with a beautiful chandelier overhead which dims to perfection while enjoying romantic evening meals! A BBQ for grilling, & refrigerator w/wet bar & blender is there for your extended Happy Hour!
    There is a fun outdoor shower for that ‘open-air experience’ after a refreshing swim…aaaah Tranquilo !
    Our pool lights display a rainbow of colors & can be turned on & off easily…enjoy the light show!

    We enjoy our morning bird “musicians’ in our peaceful front yard along with our breakfast, under the shade of the front entry DIVI tree. A sweet way to start the day complete with a self-irrigating bird bath & a bird feeder you may enjoy watching breakfast and the show from this sprawling one floor, 2000 sq.' villa set on ~ 1000m3, private property.

First time to Aruba, what an amazing place to stay! The location was perfect and had a lot of amenities. There were a lot of restaurants within a short 5 to 10 minute drive. The house is very clean and private, and has its own pool, which we enjoyed daily. Excellent hosts to work with, and were extremely responsive. They were helpful with good information on where to travel or eat. We would highly recommend this villa for your Aruba vacation!

Angela’s Sans and Sea Villa is a home away from Home for us This is the second year in a row we have rented this property It is a beautiful well maintained home with lovely decor and fully equipped kitchen fit for the chef in allWe loved spending time on the well appointed patio and pool, Tierra Del sol by far the nicest community on the quieter north side of the Island ( and we have explored the island thoroughly over our last and present visits)and the facilities at the club house are excellent as well We will return again

Absolutely beautiful home!

This home is beautiful and exactly as you see in the pictures. The property manger is excellent and was very helpful for our first trip to Aruba. The outdoor pool area is beautiful. I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect in every way.

This house is beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained, equipped with everything you could need or want for an island vacation. Our hosts were extremely accessible and helpful. They even welcomed us with champagne and snacks. Can’t imagine a better place to stay on Aruba.

The first thing we consider when looking for a rental is the outdoor space - Sand n' Sea has a wonderful outdoor space. There was plenty of seating in and out of the sun, the grounds were well kept, and the furniture was comfortable. Maria was our onsite contact and provided excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in this wonderful villa.

The house was lovely ( just like the pictures which sometimes is not the case)It was very well appointed from the decor to the upgraded incredibly stocked kitchen and cooking utensils. The patio and pool area were wonderful.It was a pleasure and dealing with the owners Angela and Nora and the house keeper Maria .Any little issues we had( like How to use the multiple TV remotes) were dealt with quickly .We will definitely be returning to this properly again in the future

Beautiful Villa in a Gated Community close to the beaches

The Sand N’ Sea villa in Tierra Del Sol was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay in while we enjoyed our week in sunny Aruba! It was exactly as advertised! The villa had all the amenities we needed, including a washer and dryer as well as a fully stocked kitchen and 3 full bathrooms. We especially enjoyed the backyard oasis after a long day at the beach! Angela was easy to communicate with and we would not hesitate to stay there again!

Amazing villa with exceptional outdoor living space!

Aruba is like no other place. There is a reason they call it “The Happy Island" but what made our trip even better was the amazing house we called home. Angela and Nora have gone above and beyond with the amenities and making guest feel welcome. They have taken extra steps in making sure guest are well informed not only with the villa but with amazing experiences on the island. Our family can’t wait to return and call the place home (at least for a week) once again. Thank you for everything you did to make the trip our best vacation yet.

Family vacay Tierra del sol

This villa is amazing. It has everything you could desire from a family vacation spot. Communication with the owners was great and easy. The pool and outdoor living space just draw you outside and make it easy to spend an entire day relaxing. The gated community leaves you feeling secure. It is in close proximity to many of the great beaches. I would go back and also recommend this property to anyone (friends or family) without hesitation. Thank you straw-hat sisters.

WOW- What A Great House

WOW, what an amazing house. This house has it all! Beautiful backyard and pool, it's in a gated secured community with beautiful landscaping. The house has everything you may need and more! Great house and location

We stayed at Angela and Nora's property over the Christmas holiday, and had a great time. House was well-stocked and the pool area and backyard were fabulous. Only minor issue was that one of the master bedrooms had a shower with a difficult-to-use handle that probably needs to be replaced. But that's a super minor issue and we would highly recommend!

Our stay at Tierra Del Sol Sand n' Sea Villa was incredible. We would not want anything different. Everything was clean and well maintained. We spent a vast majority out back either in the pool or in one of the many seating options. What was nice about the seating options was some were in direct sun light some in the shade, some in partial shade. The Island Sisters are wonderful hosts. They truly care that you have a great vacation in Aruba. Thank you Island Sisters hope to visit you next year

Great location, nice house - but be careful of the details

The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location, making it a comfortable place for our family stay. However, there were a few significant issues that detracted from our experience.The listing stated there was a guest house, but it was locked and inaccessible to us throughout our stay. Additionally, both the listing and the welcome book promised access to a club area. Unfortunately, when we tried to use it, we were rudely escorted out by staff who informed us that the owners were not members. After several attempts to reach the owners, we were told they couldn’t call the club on our behalf due to surprise “laryngitis”. They also revealed that their membership had not been renewed, despite the club managers stating the owners had never been members.While we enjoyed the house itself and would consider staying again, potential guests should be aware that access to community facilities is not available despite what the listing and owners claim.

Our hostess was very welcoming …such a beautiful place with absolutely everything we wanted ! We enjoyed Aruba and were so glad to have a beautiful house with a wonderful pool …very quiet and relaxing !! Perfect !! Thank you for such a lovely place …we would stay here again for sure!!

Wonderful trip

This home is beautiful, and located in a very nice area of the island. It was lovely to get back from the beach and spend the rest of the afternoon at the pool. We experienced a few issues with communication and mechanical failures (washing machine leak and a faulty circuit breaker rendered the Palm bedroom without air conditioning for most of the trip) but the owners refunded a nights stay for the inconvenience. Overall it was a great vacation to Aruba and we had an amazing time.

Sand n' Sea Paradise

What an amazing week we had and this house provided everything we needed. Five Stars is not enough. From the beautiful decor and fully stocked kitchen to the pool. This house was super clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The Hosts were very friendly and quick to answer any questions we had and Cap, the local property manager, was awesome to work with. Thank you for sharing your island paradise with us and we will definitely be back!
