  • Welcome to Bista Cadushi, a beautiful villa nestled in the serene area of Rooi Santo, just behind the bustling high-rise hotels of Aruba. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by lush greenery and stunning natural views, this is the place for you!

    As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy TV room with a big-screen TV and a breathtaking view of the private pool. The modern and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up your favorite meals, and if you're a coffee lover, you'll be thrilled to find a built-in coffee machine!

    With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this villa has plenty of space for a group of friends or family. The bedrooms are well-appointed, with two king-size beds and two twin beds, with a smart TV located in the master bedroom only. Two of the bedrooms are even open to the pool area, so you can take a refreshing dip first thing in the morning.

    When you're ready to head outside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and relaxing backyard. Take a dip in the private swimming pool or relax in the shaded BBQ area with comfortable chairs. And if you're in the mood for some real relaxation, head over to the huge gazebo with a sofa and chairs, perfect for lounging the day away.

    If you're feeling adventurous, the villa is just a short 5-minute drive from the high-rise area, where you'll find some of the island's best restaurants, bars, and shops. And if you're looking to explore the north side beaches or off-roading areas of the island, you'll be in the perfect location.

    Bista Cadushi is fully gated, ensuring your safety and privacy during your stay. We provide beach chairs, ice coolers, and beach towels so you can fully enjoy your Aruba adventure And with split units throughout the whole house, you'll always stay cool and comfortable. We do not provide umbrellas.

    To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. And if you're staying for an extended period, our monthly prices do not include water and electricity fees, which will be calculated at the end of your stay.

The property was wonderful from the inside to the outside pool area! We were extremely comfortable with the large couch and beds. Washer and dryer worked great. This house made us enjoy Aruba even more when we came how from a day at the beach or the excursions we took. Communication with management was incredible. We will definitely book this house again. It was only the two of us but this house is definitely great for families with the 3 bedrooms and two bath rooms. The showers were relaxing with plenty of hot water!

I really enjoyed my stay at this villa. It was very clean and it's located in a very quiet area. The pool area is extremely nice for relaxing in the pool or the lounging area. The house is very spacious and accomadating and has everything you may ùneed in the kitchen area.When i return to Aruba, i will definitely book this villa again.

This particular property was perfect for our trip to Aruba. Home had all of the amenities needed for the times that we were back at the house, enjoying the pool.

Richmond Va to Aruba!!!

Our Overall stay was great including our occasional lizard visitor on the property, the scenery was beautiful. Connivence to nearby stores and beaches which was everything! 6-8min from strip and Palm beach. The Prompt response from host was top notch, Property was near and clean even had the pool cleaned while we were there. Property was a home away from home! Who definitely connect with them when we return!

Excellent property

Excellent 2 weeks for 4 adults, 2 teens, and a toddler. Bista Cadushi was delightful and spacious, great for "off Palm Beach" vacation. Private pool was excellent. Well located off behind Ting Wei on Rt 2. Highly recommended. Hosts were gracious, attentive, and responsive. Photos were accurate and relevant. VRBO map and location were on the incorrect side of Rt.2. Other maps from host and other services were accurate. Vehicle access is important.

Stunning Villa Stay

I recently had the privilege of staying at an extraordinary villa in Aruba, and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we stepped foot onto the property, we were greeted by a sense of tranquility and luxury that set the tone for an unforgettable vacation. The villa itself was a masterpiece of design and architecture. Every detail was carefully thought out, from the elegant furnishings to the state-of-the-art amenities. The spacious layout provided ample room for our group, ensuring that everyone had their private oasis to retreat to after a day of exploration. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning outdoor area. The villa boasted a magnificent pool, surrounded by lush tropical gardens. It was the perfect setting for lazy afternoons spent soaking up the sun or evenings spent sipping cocktails under the stars. The expansive patio area also featured comfortable loungers and a barbecue grill, making it ideal for entertaining and enjoying al fresco dining. The bedrooms were nothing short of luxurious. Each one was tastefully decorated, with plush bedding and ample storage space. Waking up to the panoramic views of Aruba's Caribbean nature from the large windows was a true delight. The bathrooms were equally impressive, with modern fixtures and indulgent amenities. The location of the villa was another highlight. Situated in a prestigious neighborhood, we were just a short distance away from some of Aruba's most renowned beaches and attractions.
