Gorgeous Palm Hills Villa está situada en la prestigiosa comunidad de Tierra del Sol. Una verdadera joya con una decoración elegante para una sensación de club de campo chic caribeño. La glamorosa cabaña y las lujosas tumbonas junto a la piscina son el lugar ideal para relajarse con un buen cóctel.

La sala de estar de concepto abierto tiene amplios asientos para todos y hay aire acondicionado en toda la casa. El oasis del jardín del patio trasero y el gran patio cubierto son perfectos para el entretenimiento. The house was beautiful, the outside really stole the show! The pool was incredible, so much so we spent 2 days just enjoying it. There are so many areas outside to sit, in the sun or in the shade, plenty of room to spread out. The inside of the house was really beautiful & well done, all the beds were very comfortable. It really looked like something out of a magazine. With the houses so close, we were quite surprised at how quiet it was- minus gardeners & some construction work going on we hardly heard a peep, it was really private & serene. The bathrooms each only had 1 towel bar, hooks would be a great addition for beach towels & bathing suits. Also, there was a blender and ice bucket but not a single ice tray, they directed us to a small store a couple minutes away so were able to get a bag of ice w/o issue. There were 2 very comfortable beach chairs with straps to carry on your back, the other ones weren't very comfortable and opted to use the provided camp chair instead as our 3rd. Some of the outdoor furniture was a bit weathered as would be expected with all the wind and sun, but were very sturdy and comfortable. We have been renting houses in Aruba for 10 years, this was easily the most transactional management company we have rented from to date (extra fee for early check in, late check out, a list of fees for missing or broken items..). None of these notes negatively effected our stay and are mentioned FYI, we would stay here again and recommend!

We had an excellent stay at this property. The location is amazing, close to everything and in a gated community with security (Aruba is very safe anyway). Nice size rooms and each bedroom room has its own bathroom. The pool was great as was the whole outdoor area. Agreat place to relax in.

We enjoyed the outdoor amenities, including the pool and lounge chairs. The rooms were spacious and it was nice to jave a bathroom for each bedroom. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, but the management company was quick to respond.

We loved this house and would stay here again. The home was immaculately clean, well equipped, private and safe. It is as close as you can get to the experience of a hotel stay with the space and privacy of a home. We have already recommended it to friends for their Aruba vacation. The home was very professionally managed. We would rent from Casiola again!

We had a great stay for our first trip to Aruba. The house was very nice, clean, well stocked and easy to get in and out of. The community is quiet and beautiful. The house is very well located. A 10 minute drive to the beaches, California lighthouse and hotels/stores/restaurants. We had a great week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and outdoor area were a pleasant way to spend late afternoons and evenings after our fun beach days. This is perfect for families and groups. So easy to entertain and great access to fitness center, club pool and restaurant. Loved the community and Casiola staff were incredibly responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Our family of 4 enjoyed every minute of our stay at this lovely home. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and extremely well kept. The house was exactly as described, if not better. It was impeccably clean, the pool area was a serene and inviting spot where we spent the majority of our time, and the bedrooms/bathrooms suited all of our needs. The kitchen is well-equipped and we appreciated the flexibility of being able to eat out or cook at home. In addition, the beach chairs in the garage were a nice touch! The house is perfectly situated on the island and gives guests the ability to relax, but only be 3 minutes from the beach or less than 10 from the strip, when you need an adventure. We did almost everything we could in a week's time: we rode horses to the national park, booked a private boat for a snorkeling tour, visited the Donkey Sanctuary (twice!), went parasailing, went golfing, got massages at the spa, visited Baby Beach, visited the lighthouse, and explored all of the surrounding beaches. It was truly the trip of a lifetime and we will be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The pictures of the house online we not that accurate. The house was tired and needed a minor facelift. The pool deck was cracked and tiles were sticking up causing tripping and bruising. Management didnt seem so concerned. Overall they were responsive to my other issues. If I had known about the pool deck I might have stayed somewhere else. Hopefully they will fix it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house and the amenities at Tierra Del Sol . The house was great and well equipped with plenty of room for us to gather as a family and to have private space when we wanted it. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.

in general the property is just as advetized, quite and suprisingly private. Well equiped, some wear and tear around the corners, but in general well above average with the exception of the provided toilet paper!

We had an amazing time with our three boys. The outdoor area and pool were very comfortable and relaxing. So much fun in the jacuzzi every night. The bedrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need and more. Fantastic stay!!

We go to Aruba every year and always stay in Tierra del Sol. This was the first year at this property and we loved it. Contactless check-in/out was great. You really have everything you need; nice kitchen, privacy, pool, grill, plenty of outdoor seating in both the shade and the sun. The house is clean, modern and exactly like the pictures. Love the decor. We will return for sure! Just a small suggestion; there were no paper towels and just a few trash bags. I rather pay a bit more a night than that I have to immediately go out and shop for basics like paper towels and trash bags it's just easier if plenty are provided for the entire stay. Maybe also provide a few more bath towels.

My husband and I just had a wonderful time in this beautiful property straight out of the pages of a magazine! The photos in the gallery , really don’t do justice to this perfect home! My husband has been going through chemo/radiation, so we really stayed at the property quite a lot. The wonderful kitchen was a pleasure to prepare our “Arubian” fresh fish dinners on the relaxing patio overlooking the beautiful pool area! The landscaping was beautiful, complete with banana trees! The proximity to our favorite beaches, Boca Catalina and Arashi, couldn’t have been better! The Tierra Del Sol gated community was picture perfect! The golf course and landscaping gorgeous. We stayed at the Reinassance last year, but for us, this quiet, more residential area filled the bill. The only thing that was a bit confusing was the electricity/water meter location and readings. The electricity was easy to see, but the water usage portion was confusing. I believe based on other VRBO’s that we have stayed at over the years( a lot of them all over the world) didn’t have this as an additional expense. That is the only thing I can think of that wasn’t ideal. Hopefully, we will get the opportunity to return next year. If not this property, one of the other amazing properties you offer! Thank-you for truly making this such a memorable trip for us! We absolutely loved it! Aruba, one happy island for certain!
