Private Jacuzzi, Steps from the Sea!

This condo features a private patio with Jacuzzi, outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, and BBQ, easy access to Oceania pools, and Eagle Beach.
Open living area with sleeper sofa for guests opens to your private patio for additional outdoor living space. Kitchen with breakfast bar, granite counter tops and stainless appliances including a dishwasher. Master bedroom with a queen bed, and TV.
Washer/ dryer, safe, beach chairs, and cooler are all provided for your comfort and enjoyment.


Our representative will meet you at this gated community for check in and check out. They will tour the condo with you and answer any questions you may have regarding the condo and the area.

Oceania Residences amenities include 4 pools, 2 fitness centers, tennis & racquet club, children’s play room & business center. Eagle beach is rated among the top ten beaches in the world. White sand meets blue tropical waters. Walking distance to restaurants, casinos, and beach bars. Eagle beach offers something for everyone. Oceania Residences is located on Eagle beach. Close to the low rise hotel area. Walking distance to casino, dining, beach activities.

Oceania Residences is a gated community. There are gates that will allow access to the beach road so that you may cross directly to Eagle Beach and enjoy the sun and sand.

Bus stops in front of the property, taxis are readily available. Oceania security can arrange for taxi pick up.

Pricing is in USD, based on nightly rates for up to 2 guests excluding local taxes and service fees
Your rental includes beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler.
Please request pack n plays and high chairs at check in - we have a limited supply, so it is first come, first served.
Please be advised that parties are not permitted at this property, the home is exclusively for the enjoyment of registered guests.
Refundable Security deposits are collected on all reservations. VRBO reservations will be collected with their payment and refunded to the credit card on file post departure/ inspections. Video and pictures are taken for transparency & the protection of both guest and homeowner

Fun in the sun.

The property was in a great location. We were able to drive from end to end of the island with ease. A grocery store is right around the corner. It was a 5 minute drive up to the hotels were we found lots to do. Or you can just walk across a street to Eagle beach.

Would Not Stay Here Again

Although we made the best of our stay at this property, I would not stay in the particular unit again. The location is nice and the resort itself has several pools. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze and the communication was excellent with friendly service. However, the unit smell extremely musty...the hot tub control panel was removed and had black tape covering the hole and had to be controlled from the electrical panel inside the unit...the hot tub cover was falling apart...and the patio area was overgrown and dirty. We bought several candles and air freshener and that made it tolerable for the week. None of these things are difficult to address, but should be considered before renting this unit.

Great condo, fantastic location

The Oceania complex was located right across the road (low traffic) from Eagle Beach. The complex has four pools, which were well maintained. There were few people in the pools and there were always available chairs. The condo was clean, comfortable and modern. We had everything we needed for our stay, including beach chairs, towels and a cooler. Anne, the rental agent was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this condo, and location.

Convenient Location

Location was really good. The apartment was nice but lacked a bit of cleanliness. Hot tub in op for multiple days. Decor was a bit low end with dirty kitchen rug. Cookware was old and no longer nonstick. But...... appreciated the professional nature of Anna when it was brought to her attention. Would gladly stay again.

Great location! Nice property?

Location and condo were fantastic. Beach could not have been more perfect. Great location on Eagle Brach close to Palm Beach! Pools were amazing could use more frequent vacuum of pool. Very pleased overall and will return!

Wonderful trip

This is our second time to stay at this property, first in this condo. The Oceania is wonderful- right across from the beach and very well maintained and clean. Pools are wonderful. This unit is nice and the agent was friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was there, towels, chairs, towels and a great blender. We suggested some lamps and a more comfortable couch- but other than those two minor suggestions we were very pleased.

Excellent trip

The condo is 1st floor which is very convenient. Patio has newer grill and hot tub. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is a cooler, beach chairs and snorkeling gear provided. Unit was very clean and right across the street to the beach. We were very pleased.

Absolutely perfect! A beautiful, quiet gem.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at this Oceania condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed including a super nice starter care package. We used the beach chairs everyday to enjoy beautiful Eagle beach across the small road. The sunset every night was such a treat. The pools were also very nice with 3 different depths to choose from. Most of time there were only 10 people or less at all three pools combined. We stayed for 8 nights, but only rented a car one day to go to Baby Beach. We just used the public bus that stops right by the condo to go for a 10 minute ride to the more crowded shopping area on the north end of the island. We ate breakfast and lunch at the condo, but went out every night for dinner and didn't have a single bad meal. This was our first time in Aruba, but it won't be our last, and we hope we will be able to stay at this condo again. Thank you so much for your hospitality! :)

Great place to stay.

We were looking for a quiet clean place to spend the week. This fit the bill! We left a list of minor items to fix for consideration but nothing that would impact our stay negatively. Like new bathroom floor mat. The close proximity to the beach was excellent. We rented a car but didn’t need to do that. We enjoyed the place immensely!

We loved our stay here. A great location, beautiful pools and a quick walk to the beach. Beach items were provided. Very welcoming and friendly area- gated and felt very safe. Highly recommend!

Amazing place, right on the beach.

The place is amazing! First floor unit, steps to the swimming pools, a few extra steps to the beautiful beach. We didn't expect the welcome gift of tea, coffee, chocolate and champagne. Judy and Anna were so helpful, answered all our questions, helped us with printing some forms, and even made call for me to US when internet was down for a few hours. We will definitely go back and will be happy to stay in the same unit. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach condo

This was a beautiful first floor unit equipped with everything we needed. Linens, great kitchen, beach chairs, gym, gas grill, private hot tub the list goes on. It was immaculate and the location is perfect. Steps to the pool and beach. Property is beautifully maintained. Judy and Anna were so nice and helpful on checkin and check out. We will be back for sure.

Too short - didn’t want to leave

My husband and I traveled to Aruba for six days and stayed at Oceania Condos. Everything was great and super close proximity to Eagle Beach. We are already planning our next trip and will stay in the same location. There are four pools located right outside of the room and a private hot tub.

First Aruba Vacation

This property is absolutely amazing, beautiful and perfect! It was exactly what we were looking for. Right on eagle beach with a great pool area and personal patio with grill and jacuzzi. The inside was updated and clean and all of the supplied amenities were just what we needed to feel at home. Definitely a romantic spot with an undoubtedly fantastic location. If we return to The one happy island we will absolutely look to stay here (and no where else) haha we love love loved this property & will be recommending to friends and family ❤️

Our stay in Eagle Beach was excellent. We were greeted upon arrival and we were taken throughout the property and were given a warm welcome. The property was clean and very close to the beach. Our stay was excellent.

Wonderful!

Judy and Oceania made my family’s stay in Aruba great. Judy was very responsive and accommodating. Our flight arrived late, as soon as we landed we contracted Judy who said she was waiting for us. Met at the condo (easy 20 Minute drive form airport) which was a beautiful property. Was provided detailed instructions and contact numbers. Condo itself had EVERYTHING you would need (utensils, pots, pand,coffeemaker, etc.) and the patio had a brand new Weber grill. Hot tub, pools, and of Course the beach were great. This is not a crowded property- oftentimes there’d Be no one in/at the pool which was perfect for us. Ocean view from patio and the sand is probably 75 yards from patio door. Really great experience using VRBO and I would highly recommend this property and Judy Lembo!
