    You’ll love my lxry, super clean, modern, safe, stylish 3 BR place in the heart of Palm Beach on 10-15 min walk (3-5 min by car) to the beach in a 24/7 secured gated resort (Palma Real) with 3 relaxing pools. Free wifi & free parking.

    My place is ideal for small families or couples who like space for themselves.

    In front of my place you can park your (rental) car for free on a private parking place with landscaped garden and relaxing wooden deck where you can sit and relax.

    Airconditioned (energy friendly - inverter) living room with relaxing couch, bar and spacious, open kitchen with all modern appliances. Two modern bathrooms with hot water facility. Alarm system provided.

    Three cozy bedrooms with closets, energy friendly airconditioners and flatscreen tv's. Two bedrooms with king size beds and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. Cooler and beach chairs provided by host. Wooden deck in private back garden with table & chairs, bbq area and laundry facilities.

    Guests may access the 3 relaxing swimming pool areas at Palma Real for free.

    My place is located in the 24/7 secured residential, fully gated community called Palma Real in the heart of Palm Beach's commercial area with banks, car rentals, gasoline station, hairdresser, restaurants, bars and night clubs within a short walking distance (5-15 min) and just a few car minutes (5-10) away from the best beaches (Arashi / Boca Catalina / Eagle Beach), shopping malls (Paseo Herencia / Palm Beach Plaza) and the High Rise hotel area with more shopping facilities, restaurants, casino's and nightlife. Downtown Oranjestad is at a 15 minutes drive and the Tierra del Sol Golf course is less than 8 car minutes drive away. Take a stroll along the Palm Beach strip, relax at the community pool areas or endeavor on an island-exploring tour from this prime location; its all at your fingertips!

    Directions
    As you leave the airport's premises at the roundabout (first) follow the road signs towards Oranjestad. Continue and drive straight to the next roundabout (second), drive straight through downtown Oranjestad to the third roundabout. Straight towards the traffic lights where Superfood is situated. At the next roundabout you turn right. Drive through and you will find the Palma Real entrance in 500 meters on your right hand; entrance road is next to Aruba Happy Realty. Please report at the security guard.

Great location

We had a great stay at Sharon's unit. It was a great location for us to get around the island. We had a short walk to restaurants across the street and just down the block. The condo was clean and had basic supplies for cooking.

Wonderful stay for all types of vacations

We had a wonderful time in Aruba partly because of our amazing host and unit. The unit was clean and located in a safe area. It had everything we needed for our week long vacation. Communication with the host was super easy. He was very responsive and was willing to show us around the island a bit when we first arrived. We highly recommend this unit/location to others whether traveling with family/kids or adults only. We forgot a wallet in the unit after checkout. The cleaning crew was quick to notify us via the host and they were able to quickly ship it out to us without any delays. Very grateful for such responsiveness and care.

Well-stocked, great location, cheerfully furnished

The property owner, Sharon, gave us many, many suggestions about what to do in Aruba. The location straight down Route 3 (no street name) was a 10-15 minute walk (depending on how fast you walk) from the beachfront resorts and cluster of restaurants in Palm Beach. Not only is it in a gated community, but it is adjacent to the security office at the gate house. A rental car can be parked in the driveway right in front of the front door. Air conditioning units were quiet and efficient. The kitchen was well stocked and a housekeeper came in to clean midway through our 7 night stay.

Such a nice place to stay in Aruba. Safe, and includes all amenities you need.

We just returned from two weeks in this house. The house is very nice, and it is well equipped. Sharon has gone above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We had 3 adults and 1 child who stayed, and we all loved the pool area. The gated community is clean and quiet, yet just minutes from some really nice beaches. Sharon will also tell you where the best dining places are, and she is spot on. We did not need to call her when we stayed, but I know that if you did she would be right there. Our little one left her favorite toy in the house and Sharon made sure it made it back to the U.S. for us. Thank you Sharon!

Can't say enough good things about Palma Real 82. The property manager, Sharon, is friendly, responsive, and shows great attention to detail. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The swimming pools are clean and well maintained. We spent 10 wonderful days and wished we could have stayed longer.
