Welcome to our modern and elegant penthouse, your perfect paradise for large family reunions and relaxing getaways. Located on the 8th floor of the Aquamarine Tower, this spacious retreat offers stunning, expansive views of the Caribbean Sea from nearly every corner.
This fully air-conditioned, 2,150 sq. ft. penthouse is spread across two levels, featuring quality furnishings and beautiful décor from local artists. The upper level boasts a cathedral ceiling over the open-plan living and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cabinet stocked with herbs, spices, and oils for your culinary adventures. Step out onto the expansive deck to soak in the breathtaking views from your private Jacuzzi.
The lower level houses three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom:
* Master Bedroom: A quiet retreat with a king-size bed, a private balcony with ocean views, and a convertible dresser/desk.
* Second Bedroom: Features a queen-size bed, ocean views, and a convertible dresser/desk.
* Third Bedroom: Offers two full-size beds and a view of the serene Bubali Bird Sanctuary.
An additional TV room with a sofa bed provides a cozy space for you and your guests to watch your favorite shows together.
Guest Access
As our guest, you'll have full access to the resort-style amenities at Blue Residences. Enjoy the convenience of luggage drop-off to make your arrival seamless. Your stay includes two assigned parking spaces.

The Neighborhood
Our prime location is just a short walk across the street from the beach and it is very close also at walking distance from the world-renowned Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. You are moments away from everything Aruba has to offer, including shopping, fine dining, water sports, casinos, ATMs, and food markets.
For golf enthusiasts, the Robert Trent Jones II 18-hole championship course and the striking Divi’s 9-hole course are both conveniently located nearby.
Important Information
We want you to enjoy our condo as much as we do. We provide free Wi-Fi throughout the unit and have TVs in all bedrooms and the TV room. The central A/C system can be controlled for everyone's comfort.
For your convenience, we provide:
* A full-size washer and dryer, plus an iron and ironing board.
* White bath towels and beach towels in each bathroom.
* A hair dryer in each bathroom.
* Family-friendly gear: beach toys, pool toys, beach tennis paddles, a cooler with wheels, a large thermos, and a wagon for hauling groceries or beach gear.
Traveling with an infant? Please let us know in advance, and we can provide a Pack-n-Play. A highchair is also available for a small fee.
