"The staff was good but the fellow at the coffee bar was incredibly artistic with his bear shaped foam latte's and he pretty good at making cappacinno's as well. The hotel room has some nice design features but things like the gym and gym towels are quite dated. "Cada año va a peor. Ya no volveré a repetir. La señal wifi no iba, así que me cambiaron de habitación y seguía sin funcionar. No tiene cobertura. El aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y casi sin efecto. Una humedad terrible, al punto de estar el suelo mojado. Pedí unos cubiertos para comer algo de fruta en la habitación y me dijeron que los fuera a comprar al 7 eleven. Dice que hay caja fuerte en la habitación pero no es así, está en recepción. En fin... De mal en peor."

"The room and hotel was just okay . Buffet breakfast was very limited. No egg station, no bacon, no yogurt., things that are in most other buffets even in Chanthaburi. A couple dishes in warming trays but all the food was cold or luke warm. No safe in the room, no iron available at the hotel when requested. Best part of the hotel is the swimming pool which was clean, large and also has a jacuzzi section in the pool."

Bed and blanket are very soft and comfortable that I didn't want to get up from it.
