Only 3 minutes from the beach, Casa Adriana is a 3rd-floor contemporary apartment that would suit a family or friends looking to explore Liguria’s stunning beaches or beautiful hills. The apartment for 4 is in a modern residence with 24hr reception and makes the ideal holiday base with everything on your doorstep.

The front door opens onto the sitting room where guests will find a sofa and flat-screen TV. The kitchen/dining room is off the sitting area and is well-appointed with a fitted kitchen, dining table for 4 and a small sofa. French windows lead to the private balcony. Here guests can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of local wine, thanks to the café-style table and chairs.

Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a Moka coffee maker.

Location
The apartment is just 400m from Noli Beach, which is one of many beautiful beaches in the area. Some of these are well-served with restaurants, cafés, sun loungers and parasols, but further afield there are others which are quieter and can only be reached on foot.

Noli is one of the best-preserved Medieval towns in Liguria and its historic centre is home to the 12th-century cathedral (Concattedrale di San Pietro). However, there is an even older church, San Paragonino, which dates from the 8th Century. The Castello di Monte Ursino dominates the town and is well worth a visit.

This region is known for its mild climate all year round, so there are many hiking routes in the hills and along the coast.

For self-catering Noli’s weekly market takes place every Thursday morning in the Centro Storico. Here you can find the best local ingredients. Otherwise, there are grocery stores in the town centre. Alternatively, try some of the excellent restaurants.

The closest airport is Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport, a 50-minute drive from the apartment.
