Brand new, clean home - open floor plan, fully furnished for a comfortable and relaxing stay. LONG driveway, will fit an RV or a Large Travel Trailer!
Washer and dryer for your convenience. Fast Wifi and Smart tv with Roku stick in living room. Within 8 minutes to beautiful Nokomis beaches. Beach chairs, towels and blanket provided. Nokomis beach (our families favorite) is 7 minutes away. About 22 minutes to Siesta key beach. 30 minutes to Lido beach in Sarasota with white sands.

Nearest grocery store, Publix is under 5 minutes away! Quiet neighborhood!

Maximum two dogs allowed (No cats please)

Spacious and comfortable, 3 bedrooms, with master bedroom privately on opposite side of the house from other bedrooms.
Master bedroom has a desk and chair, for those who work when traveling!

Furnished with brand new, quality furniture and comfortable bedding.
2 bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen if you like to cook at home. BBQ grill outside.

Sarasota airport is about 20 minutes away. Tampa airport is an hour away.

Sarasota is 15 minutes from the home.

Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Venice downtown is a short 5 minute drive, with lots to do!

Great location! Half way between Venice Beach and Nokomis Beach. Close to restaurants and shopping.Clean and well stocked for our stay during the month of February. Nothing to bring other than your clothes. Plenty of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas.Hated to leave.

Great Location

Such a cute, clean home in a great location to the beach. Only issue we experienced was super low water pressure for the shower, other than that we loved the stay.

Excellent

Oksana is a hostess with the mostest! The house was impeccably clean and very welcoming. She communicated with us very efficiently and was very helpful. We felt like we had everything we needed to have a relaxing time. Plenty of room for everyone to have their private space and make a wonderful meal together. Moreover, location of the house couldn’t be any better, a cozy quiet street only about 9 minute drive from the beach with plenty of grocery stores and restaurants around. We will definitely come back!

Sunshine in Nokomis

This Nokomis home was immaculate and close to downtown Venice and the beaches. New washer/dryer and all the amenities for cooking and relaxing. Oksana answered our questions quickly.

Wonderful

Everything was great from start to finish. The house was very clean and lots of amenities. Plus an ample supply of items for beach. Oskana was wonderful and very nice to work with and we definitely would stay again.

Nokomis house our winter vacation

The home was a great location for us. Close to relatives, beaches, next to the town of Venice. Host had excellent commerciations and always responded in timely manner. When its available we will rent it again.

Florida Winter Escape!

My wife and I stayed at this house for 6 nights. Our interaction with the owner before our trip was helpful and she answered all the questions we had. Upon arrival the home was just as the photos showed. We were even happier because the backyard patio was screened in and we had not noticed that in the photos. I did sit out on the patio almost every morning and evening. It was very peaceful. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. We spent almost every day and evenings out enjoying the weather so did not take advantage of all the amenities the house had. We ate out most nights but the house had everything you would need to cook for you and your family. The area around the house is building up, but still nice. We were 10-15 minutes from multiple beaches and restaurants and grocery stores were very close. The host had beach chairs, blankets, towels and an umbrella for us to use. We used them every day. They were exactly what we needed to enjoy quick trips to the beach and for sunsets every night. We had a few reasons to contact the owner during our stay and she was very quick to respond and was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great rental!

My family very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It is new, well appointed and very clean. It is very conveniently located to the beaches and downtown Venice, and it is located on a quiet street. We appreciated the thought the owners put into including amenities that make travel with young children so much easier. The pack n play, booster and car seats, and toys for the kids to play with were so helpful and much appreciated. The property owner was friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
