“Jetties Pointe #2” can accommodate up to 4 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:
•Bedroom #1: King Bed (1) - Sleeps 2
•Living Room: Full Sofa Bed (1) - Sleeps 2 children

PET POLICY: This home has a $15/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Wonderfully quiet

The apartment unit was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well stocked. We didn’t need additional soap, TP, paper towels etc for our 5 night stay. Laundry room even had pods and dryer sheets. The beach is very shell-y. Great place to search for sharks teeth. Not many waves. Even though there are 6 units in the building it was quiet. Very friendly area.

Beautiful and comfortable

Place was fabulous and we had a wonderful stay. I would recommend fixing the turf grass and brick in front of the condo as someone might trip. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

The condo was clean and well equipped, kitchen utensils,pots pans coffee maker,etc. It was supposed to have a dishwasher,which it did not. One thing I didn’t like were the 2 gas grills outside, the igniter didn’t work on either one , I used the grill on the right side which I had to lite with a lighter, then I had to turn the gas off to put out the burners. There’s also 1 charcoal grill there that needs to go to the dump. They do have plenty of nice furniture outside. Overall it is a very nice place to stay.

Live in Tampa Beach Getaway

It finds a tranquil space in a busy world! I do expect to find ourselves here again soon! Great hot shower, perfect beach! Everything is nearby. Our little dog Trixi enjoyed her visit as well! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Paradise

Very clean upon arrival, place was perfect for me and my wife. Cooled down quickly once we put the air on. Ceiling fan in the bedroom does have a small tick to it that probably just needs adjusting by owners. Property was beautiful and was even more amazing having the private beach area!!! Highly recommend!

Nice location, comfortable apartment

Comfortable apartment, plenty of space and we slept well. Only a few yards from the beach. Beach chairs and towels were available to us. We had a pet-friendly apartment so we could bring our small dog, which was nice. Negatives: There is a laundry room, but I think locks were recently changed and new keys were not available to us. I really just wanted to wash a few things on the last day, but wasn't desperate so it was okay this time. Space between the apartment and beach could be a little more tidied up, less weedy and some odd things in the sand. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, soap, body lotion etc. And also coffee, tea or anything to get you by on the first day because there were none of those items. I think they are still updating a lot of things, so I think it's all a work in progress, but overall we were very happy for our four-night stay.
