"Was debating between giving it a 2 star or a 3 star but had to give it a two. It wasn't all that clean. The tub was dirty, there was stuff on the shower curtain, hair all around in the floor and one long one in the towel, there was a big hole punched into the wall in the bathroom and there was no vent fan so every-time you take a shower the entire hotel room gets “moist.” The TV disconnected the last day we were there for some reason. "The property has many problems, like limited space for breakfast, the continental breakfast was not real, and the food is ok. The property is understaffed, it's just one person at the front, who cannot help you with anything. AC was weird does not really do the cooling. Compare to money I don't think its a good choice."

"The room was not pleasant. One of the drawers kept opening up for no reason. The shower seemed old and dirty. The carpet seemed like they were never washed. Simply, it was not worth the money and the number of stars. "

"The staff was amazing. So nice and attentive. Our room lock was malfunctioning but they had it fixed the next morning. The only downfall was not the fault of the Best Western - two nights in a row, other guests came in just before 3am and woke everyone up. In the parking lot, stomping in their rooms, beeping their car alarms. Annoying, but I know they were on vacation. Not the end of the world. I'd definitely stay here again."
