"This was my first time staying at an IHG property in over 10 years. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel was very clean, the rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My family of 6 fit comfortably in their two bedroom suite with the pull-out sofa. It was just what we needed for a quick three night trip. The gym was great, I always had it to myself. "Room was clean but bathroom was in need of some tlc. Old and worn can make you feel like it was not as clean as it was"

"I did not see a gym. But hot tub was ok. Pool was ok. Nothing amazing but good enough. Pool was a bit cold. The room had a curry type smell to it. But all in all it was ok. Nothing to be to upset about. Breakfast in the morning was waffle or toast/bagel. Unfortunately no cereal. "

"When I checked in the staff was great! The room was stale and flooring was dirty. Bathroom sink was leaking and the toilet was running all night. Breakfast was very slim pickings and no fruit was out the first morning. When I asked for additional towels the bald dark man was annoyed that I was asking for more towels, he asked what happened to the towels in the room. I used them... I think this hotel could use a lot of renovations. The picture was not my room. "

"Good location and the room size was great. Decent breakfast was available and the staff for breakfast was pleasant and helpful. The room wasn’t well cleaned between guests as we found items in the room left by prior guests and they didn’t restock regular coffee or hand soap before we got there. Rooms weren’t well insulated from sound and we heard people in the room above us shouting and loud thuds from their room all night."
