The third floor has fresh drinking water, vending machines and washing machines, an indoor/outdoor zen space and a relaxation space with massage chairs. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfortable. Bathroom has many amenities. There are pyjamas, robes and slippers. We had a Superior Double room and we only stayed one night before traveling to NRT. We had a lot of luggage (too many souvenirs!) so I think it would have been tight for more nights. But it was so nice. The staff were so great and helpful and while we did not use the bar or restaurant, it looked really cool and the food looked great. We weren't informed about this when we booked so we were pretty disappointed about that.
