Enjoy a stay in this cozy 1 bedroom unit located by the river, this unit does have a view of the river. Tastefully decorated throughout with lots of extra touches and amenities not usually found in short-term rental homes. Rivers Edge Lofts are ideal for guests looking to travel and visit Michigan or for long-term stays. Rivers Edge Lofts are centrally located to tourist attractions, wineries, and various universities. Close to highway US-31 with easy access to major attractions such as Notre Dame or southwestern MI beaches; also close to airports for a quick business trip.



Not only is Rivers Edge Lofts conveniently located to various activities but close access to grabbing a bite to eat. Take a 1-minute drive to downtown Niles to check out the local restaurants and relish a relaxing stroll along the river. The entire home is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. There is a private entrance with your own access code that will function between your check-in and check-out times.



Come back after a great day of exploring and enjoy the comfort and warmth of your own place. Access to a mini fridge and microwave within the unit. Washers and dryers, coffee makers, and a toaster are located in the shared common area within the complex. Sleeps 6 comfortably, there is a full-size bed in the loft space, queen size bed in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. Completely remodeled unit with all the latest designs. Guests will find the space to be warm, comfortable, and inviting and the hosts to be responsive and diligent to provide an excellent stay for each guest. Here on a business trip; work in comfort with the fast fiber-optic internet service, 500 Megabit (Wi-Fi only, no ether-net port). There is no additional charge for this service. You can also enjoy the communal coffee bar while at Rivers Edge Lofts!
