"Super efficient and friendly staff"

"The communication was terrible, we only got the code for the apartment access after we called the owner a few times. Even after he had picked up and said he was sending it, he still didn’t and we had to call him back again. This was all last minute. We had originally booked to stay in the bigger apartment but the owner sent a message on the app to say he had double booked us and were we happy to stay in a smaller apartment with a shared kitchen rather than a private one. "Ca 10-15 min taxi ride from the Swindon Railway Station; can be reached via bus. Clean, spacious, and well-maintained room; electronic kettle and teabags/instant coffee very helpful. Very friendly and capable staff; quick check-in. Hotel lobby tastefully decorated."

"Friendly and welcoming staff, thoughtful touches and a lovely location with great walks and lots to explore"

"Property was nicely decorated and, whilst there is no reception, the instructions to gain access were easy and worked well. The continental breakfast in the room was lovely and well thought through although there was a lack of English Breakfast tea bags which I assume was just because they hadn’t been topped up. There is no parking at the accommodation but lots of parking in the town centre - it’s only a few minutes walk and I would recommend parking first and then walking to the property as...
