The Space:
Sandy View is a homely and welcoming studio located in Nieuwpoort at walking distance from the beach and the sea.

Upon arrival, you will find the entrance hall where you can make use of the custom-made built-in cupboards. There you will also find the bathroom, which has a shower, sink and toilet.

Next, you can relax and socialise in the open-plan kitchen, living and dining room. The very spacious kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. From the dining area and living room, you can enjoy the adjoining balcony, where you can enjoy stunning views over the Simli district and the Simli Dunes of Nieuwpoort! Fantastic after a day of exploring, isn't it?

In the spacious living room, a large sofa can be converted into a double bed. Furthermore, there is a sleeping area with a bunk bed (at the bottom there is a double bed and at the top a single bed). All beds have fresh linen for a good night's sleep!

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
