  • A North Sea holiday in a class of its own: the exclusive Biikehuus Ost impresses with its modern and high-quality furnishings. Look forward to relaxing and unforgettable holidays.

    The location
    The new house half (year of construction 2022/23) is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Niebüll and is only a few minutes' walk from fields and meadows. The Biikeplatz of Deezbüll, which is loved by the locals, is very close by. The holiday home is an ideal starting point for cycling tours, bird watching, trips to the islands of Sylt, Föhr and Amrum, to Denmark and much more. You will find a variety of shopping facilities in the centre of Niebüll.

    Facilities
    The 100 sqm holiday home is modern and exclusively furnished.
    The spacious living area with its beautiful sofa (sofa bed) invites you to spend cosy hours watching TV. The open kitchen is very well equipped: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, induction cooker, extractor bonnet, wine fridge, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine (filter size 4), kettle and a toaster.

    The beautiful oak-look flooring throughout the house gives you a cosy atmosphere.
    On the ground floor you will find a shower room with level access and a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer.
    Via a closed wooden staircase you reach the upper floor with two bedrooms. The beds (180 × 200 each) are lovingly made upon arrival. The shower room and the bathroom with tub and sauna give you the space you need.
    Comfortable garden furniture is ready for you on the sheltered terrace.
    The garden is surrounded by a high-quality larch fence and a linguster hedge, ideal for young families with small children and dog owners.

    The special features
    Your four-legged friend is very welcome in the non-smoking holiday home. We are happy to provide our guests with free WLAN (fibre optic). Bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed with charging facilities for e-bikes. Parking is available directly at the house. For our guests there is a chargeable e-charging facility with a charging capacity of 22 kW directly at the car park (flat rate 10 € per day). The latest heating technology with a heat pump and a PV system has been installed in this house. A ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate throughout.

    An initial supply of bed linen and towels is obligatory with this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
    Additional linen packages can be added in the optional services.

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub im Biikehuus in Niebüll verbracht. Das Team von Ferien an der Nordsee hat uns sehr alle Fragen im Vorwege beantwortet. Das Haus ist liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen idyllischen Garten der vollständig eingezäunt ist. Das Haus ist luxuriös ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen! Klare Empfehlung für Alle die auf nichts verzichten möchten.

Wir hatten Anfang April eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem herausragenden Haus. Das eingezäunte Gartengrundstück war ein Eldorado für unseren Hund Dobby. Auch die Einrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes, modernes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Wir konnten uns richtig gut erholen. Von der Ausstattung her war alles da. Wir hatten genügend Platz und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Zaun ist jedoch für große Hunde einfach zu klein. Als kleinen Tipp/Verbesserubgsvorschlag: Fliegennetze müssen besonders in den Schlafzimmern und bei der Küche/Wohnzimmer angebracht werden. Eventuell auch an der Terassentür. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche!

Hallo, das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und wirklich ruhig gelegen. Zumindest wenn die Bahn nicht gerade vorbei fährt. Es fehlen nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Haushalt, wie z.B. eine Schere und ein paar mehr Schneidemesser. Was nicht gut ist, dass erst nach der Bezahlung gesagt wird, dass der Hund nicht ins obere Stockwerk darf.... Zumal es unten kein Schlafzimmer gibt.

Das Biikehuus Ost hat uns gut gefallen. Es ist ein neues, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Die Bäder und die Küche sind hochwertig und sehr sauber. Es ist ein Garten mit Sitzgelenheit und Grill vorhanden. Ebenfalls alles gut angelegt und durchdacht. Das Haus befindet sich im Aussenbereich von Niebüll mit Anbindung zu Wiesen und Feldern. Für unseren Hund und uns sehr gut geeignet. Als "suptimal" haben wir die Nähe zur Bahnlinie (Kleinbahn) empfunden, nach ein paar Tagen haben wir uns an die Geräusche gewöhnt. Das Haus verfügt über eine permanente Be- und Entlüftung, dieser Umstand hat zu Temperaturen und Geräuschen geführt an die wir uns erst gewöhnen mussten.

Wir haben das Biikehus über die Plattform Hundeurlaub.de gebucht und durften im September eine Woche dort verbringen. Das Häuschen lässt fast keine Wünsche übrig. Den Abend mit einem entspannenden Saunagang oder einem heißen Bad zu beenden war wunderbar. Einzig das Schließkonzept der Haustür war für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig :). Wir mussten uns gegenseitig mehrfach daran erinnern, die Türe abzuschließen, da diese sowohl von innen als auch von außen mit einer Klinke versehen ist. Der Einrichtungsstil ist nordisch clean, was mir persönlich sehr gut gefallen hat und die Küche ist wunderbar groß. Uns hat nur ein Wischer gefehlt, da der Hund doch oft mit nassen Pfoten ins Haus gegangen ist. Wir haben uns dann mit einem Handtuch beholfen. Eventuell kann der Wischer aber noch ergänzt werden, dann ist‘s perfekt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :).
